I am so disappointed fam.... Me and my husband stopped by here because my son wanted four orders of the chocolate chocolate chip chip pancakes. When we walked inside I noticed a brown stain on the wall! Like excuse me walls are not toilets you hooligans!! If you don't think it could get any worse.. you would be wrong fam.. we got seated at a table that was beside the restroom and a very noisy family and when I asked for a seat change the waiter said that there weren't any tables available (it was 9 o'clock at night) I felt discriminated!!! How dare he refuse to move me!!!! The costumer is always right!!! I already know what your thinking fam "how could this possibly get any worse?!" Well let me tell you. When my son was ordering his food the waiter said that he could only order three orders of the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes!! I almost HOPPED out of there right there. Poor service for in-store or curb side pick up. I'm current in their "Curb Side Pick-up Parking Only" and received part of my order 30 minutes ago. Not sure why they didn't have my entire order buy her I set waiting. No sense of urgency or compassion. Going on 40 minutes since starting this post. Insanity........ It's me again. Called and I was told it would be right out. It's now been 50 minutes. Thus is really happening. Last esit to this review (5 total edits) just received the rest of my order. I have never been treated like a thief and liar more than I was tonight. My boyfriend ordered the sampler platter with French toast. I ordered a 55+ grilled chicken meal with a salad and pancakes. My boyfriend only received his pancakes and French toast. They also forgot to give me my salad. We called and asked for them to give us our food. They accused of of stealing from them. They wanted us to bring the entire order back. That's not what we wanted. We wanted our food. Tiffany, the manager was no help at all and let me know that she had reached out to her manager. Not to take care of the situation but to let her know what happened to us. How they charged us for food they didn't give to us. That is not okay. You're so worried about somebody ripping you off that you have no problem not giving them the food that they paid for. Man, Arkansas must be full of thieves and liars. We stopped in on our way downtown for breakfast On and off the highway is convenient. Our server was attentive and our food was cooked properly but while we were waiting for our food, an employee snapped at someone in a screaming voice. Because of the glass partitions couldn't see who she was yelling at but hoping it was another employee. Very unprofessional and unnecessary in that environment. read more

Janiece was our server. I'm 53 years old and have visited IHOPS all over the south. I've NEVER had a server that was as attentive as Janiece. I came in to have breakfast with my daughter and we had quiet a bit of food. Janiece didn't miss a single item, all the way down to the number of butter and syrup packets I requested. Not once did our cups go empty and she came by several times just to "check on us." This young lady is a gem to the Benton IHOP location. I really hope your team realizes her hard work and attention paid to her customers. And I mean she had several tables all around us, she was constantly moving and available. I go to this ihop and wait 5 minutes before being seated, then I order. They got it right surprisingly, but forgot the bacon ON THE BURGER. So they give us 2 pieces of bacon, for their biggest burger. I got rock hard cheese on my burger, and cheese that wasn't in the ingredients, or what I wanted. The burger was not close to having flavor, flavorless, The only things that were good, were the fries and milkshake, which no one can mess up. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I eat at the IHOP in Benton when my friend and I head to Hot Springs National Park. For a sit down restaurant, it is the best choice in town. I enjoyed my Colorado Omelette and bacon. The service needs a little improvement. Thus, I gave four stars. read more

The new "Mummy Monster Burrito" just baffles me. A burrito is meant to be picked up and eaten and the soft tortilla outside keeps your hands clean. But this new monstrosity has cheesy sauce caked all over the tortilla outside making it impossible to eat it with your bare hands! The simplicity of the traditional burrito is what makes it sooo delicious and IHOP has ruined this for me. read more

The food was cold, the service slow and this location does not honor the kids eat free. When we were there, it was pretty much empty.

We went today on 1/5/18 at 6pm, we sat at our booth for 10-15 minutes and received no service, after awhile i started my timer and after the 5 minute mark we gave up. The table behind us got assistance 5 times during that time frame where at we weren't acknowledged or greeted or even a drink order or even a hey we're busy we will be with you soon....nope totally ignored, we walked out and I told the nearest server we were leaving since we didn't get any service. Drove down to little ceasers and got food in less time then we waited at that table. Never again. read more

Visited 1-29-21. Horrible service. Food arrived late. I persons order in our party of 4 took 30 minutes longer than everyone else's. Hair found on child's plate. One bowl arrived covered in grease. Food in bowl contained no grease. Requested new food replacement and was brought same bowl and food 3 times. Check arrived before last person got food. Compained just to be ignored by staff. Asked for supervisor info told that info not keep at that store. Plenty of staff few customers but those there were hanging around chatting instead of working. Very poor way to run a business. We won't be returning. I'd rather drive 30 miles to another town than be treated like we were. Grandkids so upset they were crying because hungry and couldn't get served properly and with what they ordered in clean dishes. Noticed on the way out that their city privilege license is 5 years outdated. Makes me wonder if maybe the city didn't renew it for some reason. Being in business myself and working businesses over my adult life I know your required to post and provide a current privilege license to operate. read more

I guess I came at the right time because my service and food were awesome. The young woman who waited on me was training another server and it didn't interfere at all with my service or food. My food came back hot and fresh. The restaurant and bathroom were extremely clean. I can't say that about every IHOP I've been in. I'll definitely go back to this one. read more

I have been to the benton I HOP more than 7 times, usually for a casual family brunch on the weekend. I have had excellent service every time. Clean location. Food is on par with any other IHOP. Did I mention the service tends to be better than at most benton restaurants. read more
