Stopped by today to get a free full stack with my pan coins during lunch hours, and the place was super quiet with only a few people dining. The pancakes tasted fantastic! My salad was fruit salad was missing with my entrée, an I ordered a salad with Ranch dressing with my additional order and did not receive it as well. It took two hours to receive my food with no communication stating that they were behind or running late. Could not understand the rep representative when I spoke with him. Ihop has been around for decades and I've been devouring their pancakes since I was a baby back in 1961. They used to be International House Of Pancakes way back then. No matter what their name is they do have the best pancakes in the USA no doubt about that and crowned with whipped butter and warmed maple syrup OMG !!! I love that you get a whole insulated pot of coffee when you order coffee and unlimited pots. I love the coffee also. Went again for breakfast today, my breakfast was delicious. I had the 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, choice of meat and choice of grits or hashbrowned potatoes. My eggs were perfectly cooked over medium just as I ordered them, my pancakes were perfect and crowned with the whipped butter, my bacon was perfectly cooked. My grits could of used some more salt so that's why I gave a 4 instead of a 5 ! Service was amazing but this location is usually really great service ! read more

I was VERY impressed with this IHOP, especially with the customer service and the food was also better than any other location I've been to. I ordered the ham breakfast crepes and I was pleasantly surprised. Who would've thought that crepes from IHOP would be this good? Obviously they weren't like crepes from France or anything but for being from IHOP, not too bad. Terry was our server and she was super friendly and attentive. It was late and I guess she's used to working the night shift because I was falling asleep but not her, she was on top of everything. The food came out pretty quick. The pancakes were good too. Ordered a 2x2x2 with blueberry pancakes. The presentation was subpar. My sunny side eggs had blueberries smeared on them. My pancakes has blueberries rubbed all over the top with what looked like melted whipped cream sloppily planted on the side. The pancakes were cold. The waitress brought our drinks put after we got our food but only after another waitress brought it to her attention and we still left her a good tip. My other party guests were happy with their food but I thought the service and food could e been much better. read more

I really enjoyed my visit to this Ihop. It wasn't busy, I was able to find close parking so my elderly grandma didn't have far to work. The employees were very friendly. I was VERY impressed with the manager. She walked to every table several times to check on the customers. If someone needed something she made it her priority to make sure it was taken care of. She even brought me a to go drink without asking! The food was very good, it came out in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back to this location! read more

This was a very pleasant experience. It's like any other iHOP you've been to but the atmosphere and prompt customer service is what differentiates it from others. Perhaps like others, it gets pretty busy in the morning. Once seated, I orders the Spinach and Mushroom Omelette. Additionally, I put in an order for hash browns and couple of bacon to go with my main meal (because everything taste better with bacon). The food came put pretty quickly. Matter of fact it came out just as I was finishing up another Yelp review. The biggest thing to point out was that the food was warm, cooked properly (this should be a given but not always the case), brought out relatively quickly. The main dining room is a little loud for my taste, however, it's your modern day diner... what would you expect. Not great, but not bad either: about the same as any other. It is the only place, in the entire area, which is open 24 Hours. This is important to know if you happen to arrive at the nearby airport, and/or the three hotels, during a time when all the other restaurants are closed. read more

I went there on 3/5/19 with my spouse. We wait 10-15mins for the server to take our order. I ordered the Strawberry Stuffed French Toast Combo with a Sweet Tea and he ordered the Brunch Burger with a Dr. Pepper. After placing our order, we noticed how several customers around us weren't getting good service. We decided to wait for the server to come back and tell her we would like to get our food to-go. We had a plan to catch later that evening. The server never came back to check on us or refill our empty cups. She returned 30 mins later and when only my French today was ready. She noticed the family behind us left without paying so she stopped what she was doing to clean up the table and grunt about the dashers. We explained to her our situation and we would like to take our food to go. We waited an additional 10 mins for the rest of our food. My spouse received a plain cheese burger with fries when he ordered the brunch burger. My food was correct. He was upset and wanted to cancel his order. I convinced him to eat since we were about to catch a flight. He told the girl he would just keep it. She said she was going to get her manager to remove the charge. The charge was not removed but only discounted a dollar and some change. We asked the server and the manager why it was removed as said and she said bc we still received the food. We paid our bill and left. Won't be returning anytime soon. read more

Do after working 16 hrs, I get served a sloppy quesadilla full of peppers...even tho I ordered extra cheese peppers in a cup on the side. Just had breakfast at IHOP on Harding Blvd, in Baton Rouge, La.. My family was seated near the bathroom, so we could see people coming and going to the bathroom. As soon as we sat down, a customer came out of the bathroom and notified an employee that there was no soap in the bathroom. While we ate, a number of employees went to the bathroom. After we ate, I took my daughter to the bathroom to wash her hands, and there was still no soap. So, all those employees, who HANDLE OUR FOOD, had used the toilet and not washed their hands. This is horrendous and I thought I'd throw up. There may be an employee bathroom somewhere in the restaurant, but these ladies went into the customer bathroom, which may have been more convenient for them. This in addition to the extremely slow service, when there were only about 5 tables with customers, and there seemed to be more employees than customers. read more
