We were charged 2.50 for using a credit card and the attendant put the coins in the machine for us. The place is very clean, especially for the amount of traffic. There is a park nearby with a coffee/tea stand while you wait. The attendant is very aware of machines and who uses what. The laundry was safe when we stepped away. The owner was kind and patient with us as we got out things out the suitcases, even gave us some privacy as we got out items into the washer. They seem fine, if a little pricey, for shoe repairs (£10 for heel repairs, for example). Key cutting was quick and efficient.
