I search for a computer repair shop. I found my computer man. I called at 6:15 p.m. which was pretty late. Kevin called back within 10 minutes. He immediately went into solution mode. Over the phone! I was calling to find out where he was located and when I could come by the next day with my computer. But he wanted to try something over the phone to see if I could somehow get into the computer again. Unfortunately it did not work. He told me what was likely the issue and my options. He could have told me to come in and bring my PC and he could have tried to remove the hard drive and move my data over to another machine, etc. But he was very honest and said at this point, given the issue and the fact that the PC was over 5 years old the best thing to do would be to get a new PC. Honesty! I was very thankful to have reached Kevin. I feel like I got straight answers. He was friendly, showed concern, and was quick to call me back. Thank you Kevin! I would recommend this businesses.

By the time he left, I was up and running. He is amazing and really knows what great computer people should know. He was able to fix the problems, install new badly needed software, and remove a ton of junk. The bill was so low it was incredible. He also took another back with him to his place to basically clean up years of problems including an insidious virus. Again, great work at a very low cost. He must get five stars because this is too good to be true.
