The owner who often is standing outside gave us his card and said if we come back later for dinner they'd make sure to find us a spot and they kept their word! The starter - fried seafood - was a big let-down already. Soggy and bland. It's hard to mess up a fried dish, but they surely did. Lobster pasta and Spaghetti Vongole for the main. Bland sauce, cheap-quality vongole and just no flavours at all. Where's the seafood broth where the pasta should've been cooked in? And then every Italian's nightmare: the pasta was overcooked. And if you overcook pasta in Italy you have clearly lost. I don't know who's in the kitchen, but every real Italian wouldn't...well COULDN'T mess pasta up that badly. They have collaborated with some great Stateside breweries like Other Half and Cigar City. So, those are especially fun beers to try. We love their outdoor beer garden (there is some indoor seating as well) -- lots of seating, dog friendly, foosball table. The atmosphere reminds me a lot of Austin, TX breweries. Parking is easy and plentiful. Not always the case in Italy! They also have a small food counter that serves delicious "brico," bread topped with all sorts of local ingredients such as squash blossoms, 'nduja, sausage, salami, peppers, and more!
