They won't stop calling me, texting me and emailing me to buy their vehicles. I'm keeping the one star up until this begging to buy a vehicle from them stops. ...finally! I moved your 1 star to 5 stars, because the emails and phone calls have seized. When I'm ready to buy another vehicle I will be right over, but for now...I am good to go. Thank you.

As someone who is a representative for this community, I'm embarrassed by this business. This is a…read moreterrible car servicing place. Their sense of work ethic is bad. I made an appointment for several services. When I asked about servicing the transmission, the employee says "we can do it or if you're having problems, you can bring it in later." The point of being there is to not have issues in the first place. They then did it again. When I asked about them checking my car battery which is free, the female employee says "we only do it if you ask and even if we do, it's not a test. It's just a test for if it's good or bad. If your car isn't starting, bring it in to us." I think that's kind of the point of why I was asking. I'm not really into my car not starting. They never offered to check the battery and they only did the transmission only after I insisted. Overall, they see you as another transaction. That was evident when nobody went over what was done to my car until I asked. They were just going to take my money and send me on my way. They don't have much of a sense of what it means to serve people or go above and beyond. They follow their manager's orders but unless you're purchasing a car there, it's not really a meaningful experience. In fact, it's terrible despite that U.S. flag on their dealership's logo which now that I think about it, makes sense given the corporate transactional mindset through which they run their business and take their customers' money without a true sense of service. I'd go elsewhere.

I can't explain the level of disappointment with this business…read more I found a truck I was interested. I asked many questions and went over my concerns then, and again on the date of purchase. One specific question was "has the truck ever been involved in an accident" and I was absolutely assured by the salesman that it had not. I also asked are there any problems with the truck and was told "no". I ended up purchasing the truck after an agreement to repaint the the rock chips on the front hood and bumper. I purchased the truck January 12th. Since, I've noticed the oil pressure is terrible and found out it has been in an accident whereas frame damage is involved. I'm afraid to drive it. Also, to date, the front hood and bumper has not been repainted. I've voiced my concerns to the dealership telling them I want to return the truck. I was basically told "too bad, you already signed a contract." They refuse to stand behind their product (vehicles) even after now acknowledging that indeed, the truck HAS been in an accident. Their claim is "they didn't know." The association recommends that dealers run the VIN for all vehicles in their inventory through the Safecar.Gov lookup tool at the time of closing a sale. Vehicle history databases are updated constantly, so the information you pull before bidding on a vehicle at auction may not be complete by the time you sell that vehicle. The dealership should know this but regardless, stand behind their word and vehicles. They have lost a good client for life and I HIGHLY recommend anyone considering buying from them to reconsider.
