The effort they put into deceiving people is absurd. They have removed two of my reviews, one on yelp and the other that I left on Google. I was literally the one who posted on Yelp about this company first and then they probably asked a friend to add a positive review. This dealership is associated with Houston Direct Auto. Check out their reviews. Let me share my experience and I really hope no one else falls for the good reviews their friends leave. But I'll keep posting mine, no matter how many times they remove it. I purchased a vehicle on October 5th. They let me sign for my dad. They said a car cost a certain amount displayed on the website. After signing they mentioned that the price displayed the one they gave me since the start is a cash price only. The car was delivered with a foul smell, dirty, and with a thumping noise coming from the gas tank. Two weeks after I got the vehicle. The car was low on oil, I put oil, and two or three weeks later same issue. It seems that they just put oil in it right before they sold me the car. I posted a review, and the manager Isaac Miranda insisted on contacting me to remove it. He said sometimes the car fails gets overlooked and passes their inspections. I took the car in and one of the first things that he mentions is oh yeah, I read the bad review you left, and it said this and that. Mind you, I had already spoken to him about the issues. They changed the oil and said it looked like it was the pistons, and the knocking noise is just the car releasing the gasses. He goggled some shit and said it was basically normal for those cars to burn up all that oil. In what world is it ok for the vehicle to make those noises? A few weeks later it kept leaking oil, I had to take the car to a different mechanic shop and it turns out it's the gas pump and some issue with the gasket. The warranty did not cover it. I called the manager, but he was so bothered by my call about these issues that I have because I decided to buy a car from these money-hungry people. The manager Isaac acted childish and lacked accountability. He kept saying that I should have specified that I wanted to use my warranty and that "they" would of fixed it the first time I brought it in. By they, he means the mechanic at Igotcars. Like I said, no accountability. Its like they did this and it has nothing to do with me. Like if they weren't under the same company. I wasted my time to take the car and they only changed the oil. I spoke to him for more than 15 minutes with no issues and when I asked for his name, he acted like it was cutting off. I hung up and called back 5 times, no answer. What a coward!! He pretty much said, I don't want to deal with this so contact the salesman. I tried calling the salesman on his cell and the work number. No answer. I call from my moms cell and he picks up right away. They don't want to fix the issue and I give up. I have not missed a single payment; I realize that I've made a mistake of signing a contract with these people. These people are the worst. read more

Best service I have ever had from a dealership! They treated me with respect explained everything and over all loved the transparency, The Manager Isaac, and sales rep Carlos gave me the best deal ever considering my situation with not the best credit/little down and that's really why i came since i was recommended by my mother in law. I was skeptical at first considering i had been turned down by many, asked for outrageous down payment and also was given disrespectfully high interest rates but these guys really went above and beyond to help. totally recommend! read more
