They don't deserve to be in business , they steal from their customers , and the manager owns her own repo company this is why she threatens you that she will pick up your vehicle .. We put $3,000 down on a car, and then they called us back saying we had to give them another $500 down plus $1,200 for registration. We went along with it, but now they're saying our car is about to get repossessed when our first car payment isn't even due until November 27th! We went in today to pay for the registration and they refused to take our money, saying we had a $25 late fee and that they needed to "verify our insurance." Our insurance is active and paid, so that's just an excuse. They also said they charge $25 every single day as a late fee and won't waive it. This place lies, adds hidden fees, and treats customers horribly. They're quick to threaten repossession and make up charges that don't make sense. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Chico's Auto Sales!

Was told plates were ordered July 27th and they'd be in Monday. Went in today (August 24th) and was told they still hasn't been ordered. Asked for new temporary plates (since mine were expired and this was clearly their error) and they refused and said it was on me to go buy new ones at the dmv. They also said and I quote "we have many customers. Do you think we're going to be able to remember to order everyone's on time?". Well I'd hope so since you're charging us $1000 for ttl and you're running a supposed business. Also, read the rest of the reviews. The blonde lady in the front runs a repo company and they'll repo your car in 15 days if you miss a payment and charge you $300 for it. I regret not reading their poor reviews before doing business with them. Save your time and money peeps. Go somewhere else.

I cannot say enough positive things about the automobile itself. The management and finance people are incredible to work with and made buying a car from them an enjoyable experience. Sadly this dealership is really hit and miss when it comes to quality of service. They are always over booked and understaffed. The sales people are quite rude when they approach you and determine you are only on site to deal with a service issue. Even when you call in for an appointment and ask for a ride in the courtesy shuttle at a specific time you will usually end up waiting for an hour for it to return or be told that it is full. The cashier (the old bitter one) has a serious attitude problem when you attempt to pickup your keys from her desk. What really pisses me off the most is they sold my information to an extended warranty company who endlessly contacts me on Bert Ogden's behalf and harass me even after opting out of the service. When I mentioned this to other BMW owners they named Bert Ogden as the culprit in this practice as well. If you buy a car from them never give them your real phone number or the harassment will never end.
