They don't deserve to be in business , they steal from their customers , and the manager owns her own repo company this is why she threatens you that she will pick up your vehicle .. We put $3,000 down on a car, and then they called us back saying we had to give them another $500 down plus $1,200 for registration. We went along with it, but now they're saying our car is about to get repossessed when our first car payment isn't even due until November 27th! We went in today to pay for the registration and they refused to take our money, saying we had a $25 late fee and that they needed to "verify our insurance." Our insurance is active and paid, so that's just an excuse. They also said they charge $25 every single day as a late fee and won't waive it. This place lies, adds hidden fees, and treats customers horribly. They're quick to threaten repossession and make up charges that don't make sense. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Chico's Auto Sales!

Example: Car was purchased June 8th, temporary plates expired Aug 8th, went in to see if perhaps they had called me but I missed it and my plates had been sitting there waiting for pick up. Nope. Was told plates were ordered July 27th and they'd be in Monday. Went in today (August 24th) and was told they still hasn't been ordered. Asked for new temporary plates (since mine were expired and this was clearly their error) and they refused and said it was on me to go buy new ones at the dmv. They also said and I quote "we have many customers. Do you think we're going to be able to remember to order everyone's on time?". Well I'd hope so since you're charging us $1000 for ttl and you're running a supposed business. Also, read the rest of the reviews. The blonde lady in the front runs a repo company and they'll repo your car in 15 days if you miss a payment and charge you $300 for it. I regret not reading their poor reviews before doing business with them. Save your time and money peeps. Go somewhere else.

Faster to sell the unit to someone else…read more I was searching through many dealers to purchase a travel trailer, untill I found and fell in love with a unit at the Donna location. I was happy to give my $500 deposit to place the unit on hold, as we looked into the financing options. After a week, the salesman and I were about to close the deal and THE UNIT WAS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE. I went to obtain my deposit; while the manager kept defending his actions without any apology. To "make it right" I was offered another unit at a lower cost, saving thousands, but I would rather purchase another trailer at retail price than go through that terrible experience again. Because I was less upset and more DISGUSTED with the experience, this will be my first and last time I will try to do business with them.

The repairs were not completed until 1/3/2025 and here we are 1/9/2025 with check engine light back and a popping noise coming my from somewhere under the car. It is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They definitively treat like your ignorant if you're a woman and give you the run around. I've tried to work with them, but it is apparent I am going to have to take other steps to get my issue resolve.
