Thank you, Clark Chevrolet for making the purchase of our very first brand new vehicle seamless. The dealership did an excellent job appraising our trade in, helping us find the option that was best for our family and our budget, and setting up all of our electronic services prior to pick up. Thank you Xavier Cantu for patiently reviewing our options with us and ensuring we knew all the benefits of our latest purchase. The 2022 Traverses are amazing from the interior and exterior protection to the nitrogen filled tires. X made our purchase process simple and hassle free. We feel confident that we received the best price for our trade in vehicle and appreciate stepping into our first ever new car. Thank you Javier, our finance manager, for helping us stay protected and safe long after leaving the lot. We feel safe knowing that we have tire protection, service insurance, and windshield protection. read more

Clark Chevrolet - Sales - 2022 Chevrolet Traverse - Car Dealers Near Me - Mcallen, Texas

If I could leave a negative star review i would. Bought a dome light for my car and was sent the wrong part. I was told all sales are final. When I expressed my interest in an exchange I was informed the correct part has been discontinued, and all sales are final. So the knew my part was unavailable, took my money, sent me a part that won't work with my car. No exchanges no refunds! If you are looking for car parts buy from anywhere else. This place will screw you over without apologies! I work at a dealership and that is not how we operate! read more

I think we got took. Got home and saw on tv another dealer had 15,000.00 off all Chevy Silverado trucks 1.9% financing for 72 months. Ours is 6.9% and no discount read more

First of all I stopped by to see a truck that i liked. Appointment was made with a Ricky Vest as per the manager he was the best salesman. Well that salesman lied to my face and then gave me an excuse that it wasn't him giving the price that it was the bank. After I got up to leave I asked for my keys to leave and he told me to just sit down and talk in an annoying voice. I asked for my keys again and he told me that the manager had them. I asked him to give me the keys as I walked outside and told him to get my keys and stop keeping me there. He just stayed in his seat and made no movement to get my keys to my vehicle. Even thou he made me sign a promised that he gave me to keep me in the price range and came out saying I got great news but came out with a larger number after discussing that I could not afford anything in that price range and tried to convince that he could do better. After leaving he called me went down drastically on the price tag that he supposedly could not do, I don't know what kind of business is being run there but the service I got from Ricky sure sucked. read more

The sales person Cruz Garcia Reached out to me at 9:30am and told me that they had a C8 Allocation available to sell to me and to build it on the website and send to his email address, Along with that he wanted a $2,000 deposit+$10,000 over sticker and a credit app. After about 3 hours I never heard back and decided to get ahold of the GSM to find out what was going on,2 people took the call claiming to be the GSM and continued to lie and was absolutely clueless about any such car. Later Another person called claiming to be the GSM but was under the actual GSM and said we will NOT be doing any business because I was upset. Unprofessional and Liars read more

My sales consultant Alejandro (Alex) Garza assisted me in acquiring the exact model vehicle, 2024 Chevy Trax, that I was looking for. The deal for my trade in was fantastic and the assistance of the team throughout the process was so helpful and kind. I am a returning customer and this is the second time I have left completely delighted with my purchase. I will continue recommending friends and family to this location. Thanks again for helping this customer feel apart of the Chevy family! ~Danielle Lopez, San Antonio. read more

It took five phone calls and still have not received a sales manager that I asked for. I've got a call from every other sales representative except the sales manager and all the voicemails I was sent to three times were full. read more

Don't use their parts department. Ordered a couple parts online. Ended up not needing one. Paid out of my own pocket to ship back to get a refund. It's been 2 months and I still have yet to receive my money back! I have emailed Amanda Adames and even spoke with her on the phone. Last conversation was that my refund would be back on my card in 3-5 business days. That was a month ago, so now I have had no choice but to report it to PayPal. I still left a message for the parts department supervisor, Javier, to resolve this without getting a third part involved. No response. Terrible way to run a business. read more

Bought my 2015 Silverado here, and I had the most pleasant experience with Alex, very professional and he helped us from step 1 to the end. I came here after having a horrible experience with Fiesta Chevrolet (Bert Ogden), and I am very glad I ended up at Clark. There is true professionalism here, especially compared to that horrid Fiesta Chevrolet sales department. read more

Terrible service, the salesman ceasar was very condescending as was his manager Julio, made buying a car very unpleasant. So I didn't.

I received excellent service from both Rey Villarreal and Danny Reyna when I needed help trading in my vehicle! . Rey went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my payments. I'm so glad my Uncle Terry referred me to Clark Chevrolet. This was a much better experience than any other I have had purchasing vehicles! read more

Great dealership, Very happy with the service that Alex provided us with. Manager was also very nice. 10/10 recommend you to ask for Alex!

If you are looking for a place where salesmen are childish and immature; look no further! Salesmen in this establishment are professional, friendly and respectful ONLY if you are buying a vehicle. They seem adamant when it comes to meeting you half way and the moment you say "I will not be buying the car" they turn into spoiled little babies throwing fits left and right. Bert Ogden has better prices and a better approach from salesmen. read more

Worst possible body shop experience ever. Took a check from the insurance company 2 weeks prior to the completion of the repairs, the shop said my truck would be ready on the January 11th, when I called that evening to see if it was ready they said it was but that they couldn't release the vehicle until they got the check back from the lien holder. Their excuse was that the lienholder would not endorse the check until they got confirmation that the vehicle was repaired. This was never mentioned when I dropped my vehicle off. Long story short, I had pay out of my own pocket to get my vehicle back. The shop then told me the check would be in on a specific date and I could just stop by and pick it up, well I called them and guess what??? They deposited it and I had to wait to get them to cut a check. Friday they told me the check would be ready at noon and today they told me the check would not be ready until 2. I went to them in good faith because I bought the vehicle there. They will not get my business next year when I need a new truck. read more
