It is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They definitively treat like your ignorant if you're a woman and give you the run around. I've tried to work with them, but it is apparent I am going to have to take other steps to get my issue resolve.

I was told the tire sensor had malfunctioned and needed replacement, but because the technician had a mandatory meeting, it would take about an hour and a half afterward. At 1:20 p.m., I got a call saying a tire needed replacing, and we agreed. We arrived around 3:30 p.m., expecting my car to be ready, only to find out the tire hadn't arrived from Weslaco--something I hadn't been told. We asked not to replace it since it wasn't there, but five minutes later, the tire suddenly arrived. We decided to go ahead with the replacement, yet I didn't leave until 4:30 p.m. because it took the technician an hour to replace the tire and fix the sensor.
