The old-timers at Frontera set me up with a brand-new headlight assembly in five minutes for $140. This will be my go-to place in the future.

Now that we are trying to return them they're saying that they never told me the lights were LED which is not true. Then they said they have a part to make the lights LED and we got the part, and that part didn't even fit. They're not letting us return it and so I wasted over $350 for something that wasn't even what we wanted.

The car parts "specialist" told me It was my fault and it was the last time he was exchanging anything for me. I bought a rotor for a 2007 cobalt, he didn't offer choices when selling me the part (which apparently they offer as 4 or 5 lug rotors) and gave me the wrong one. When I went back he told me the manager was going to give him "crap" because of my return, and that I should've known. OBVIOSULY an un-experienced customer isn't supposed to be the one avoiding mistakes when purchasing car parts. He was supposed to offer 4 or 5 lug and id I didn't know then I go back to check, and thank him for making aware of the 2 rotor options. TERRIBLE customer service for trying to scold me in front of other customers for his mistake. They should be better prepared since they have one job; give the customer the right part. Not only am I never buying from them, I'm telling everyone I know to avoid them. They have terrible work ethic and customer service and no regard whatsoever for corporate values, policies, manners, objectives and goals. Its a zoo.
