They also said that GM said to re-flash the transmission management module and drive it 1000 miles if it happens again bring it back. Today I get a call from the sales department asking if I wanted to trade it in. I was dude I just bought it 3 months ago. So I told him what I wanted. My vehicle was 15yrs and 3 months old. So this is my opinion they had my vehicle and never looked at it. With no intention of working on it. So I pick it up. As I am leaving the service department the problem occurred in the parking lot. Yup they could not recreate the problem but I can. As the only owner of this vehicle Chevrolet has been the only place that has worked on it. For all the maintenance. Therefore I had full trust that I could count on the service.
