We discussed their concept for replacing a custom window and they executed that perfectly. Complete cleanup and take away all materials, nothing left but footprints on the lawn. Huge thanks to Slavek, Piter, Arthur and Kris for outstanding and professional work. I highly recommend this company to others looking to make their home more comfortable and attractive. While the cost was higher than we initially expected, after considering our plans for our home, we expect the investment will be well worth it, and the results appear outstanding.

The quote was $12,000. I understand that they use composite and not vinyl. I understand that their installers are certified however I don't know how they justify three thousand dollars per window. The sales person was annoyed with me when I told him I wasn't interested and he pointed out some of the windows in my house that I didn't want replaced are vinyl and I said yes, they are great no draft they work perfectly. I'm going to try Home Depot and even if I go with composite windows by Anderson, I believe it's going to be a lot less money than $12,000.

Our old door was cold as soon as you touched it and if you stood in front of it, you'd feel cold coming inside. Every aspect of the job was done exceptionally well from the salesman, Brian to the installation pros who did an amazing job and who were meticulous while working. We would definitely use this company again. They were all Great!

End of day we find the screen doors are missing. No one bothered to tell us. But they were very quick to put the charge through even before the installers arrived saying they charge when the truck is loaded. Obviously not based on whether the "loading" includes what is scheduled for that day. Installer told us they must be back ordered and wanted us to sign that the project was complete. We refused. What a nightmare. So many phone calls to get a response and info on when the project would be completed. Turns out there was a project manager assigned who never ever bothered to call. The sales person didn't return my calls until I emailed that I felt defrauded. I ended up calling HQ in MN and after several redirections managed to get a number for corporate complaints . I was told some senior person would call. No one did. Eventually got it all done requiring multiple emails and phone calls and having to deal with staff pointing fingers at each other. Then the calls started pushing to rate our experience a 9 or 10. So many calls from people who never bothered to inform us of the missing items or return calls when there was a problem. We were also having problems with moisture between the panes of windows installed two years ago. Family members said not to complain that they'd blow us off. But when they wanted a good rating I did complain and sent pics. Why do these companies hire people who have no skills to interact with customers? Some guy called Nick from NJ calls and talks down to me telling that moisture on the outside of the panes can be wiped off. Why would I call them if the moisture was on the outside of the panes? Just wasted my time. Have to say though that products are good (so far) which offsets to some extent the other poor experiences hence the rating is not lower. We had gone back to RBA because the first time the project went smoothly. Perhaps it was because it was organized by the HOA and many individual home owners had signed up. This is a repost of an earlier review as Yelp decided to remove saying it was for the wrong location, I.e. NJ. Our project was handled by the Westchester/ CT location.

I also want the names of the installers, the primary or appeared to have been the primary foreman, who also was completely unaware of what had arrived to our home for installation or he too may have chosen to lie, re: the entry doors to our home not being furnished with same key entry for which we had ordered and paid for, even though the morning he had arrived, I took the time to have a conversation with him, stating if it was not same key entry on the doors, I did NOT want them installed. He assured me, they were one key for both doors. After they installed them, they only then notified me, they were wrong, thinking an apology would suffice, stating there were in fact two separate keys required. He then stated he would have someone come out to our home to remove the interior of the lock system and replace them with WHAT I HAD ORDERED FROM DAY ONE, only to have all locks to black hardware doors, replaced with copper interiors which are now an eyesore and NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR WAS PROMISED! They once again sent another individual to our home, stating they were unable to provide us with black interior lock systems, and that could not be done, only offering copper or silver, neither of which would allow for the originally promised and delivered (with the exception of a 2 key requirement) all black hardware on our doors! The gross misrepresentation of your product line and the fact that our ordered all black hardware is now black and copper. I told him, I would rather have the 2 keys which I had specifically did not order but that at least is more esthetically pleasing to the eye, over what they had replaced it with, that clearly does NOT match the rest of the hardware, which a guest to our home immediately noticed and asked why it did not match. The service man Wayne, said they could not do that. I'm guessing they must have disposed of the all black interior, and now they think we are supposed to be okay with the copper interior? He said the ONLY alternative was to send someone out to "paint it black". Are you kidding me? Painting something black that will have a set of keys entering it multiple times a day, every single day? How long do you think that will last us, without scratching and chipping? This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! We had one job already completed for about $25,000.00 or so, and this one approximately $48,000.00 or so, for a small rancher home, so one would expect it to be pleasing to the eye to say the least! It looks TERRIBLE! Your company has offered NO resolution for us. Again, I want the name of the salesperson AND the foreman present on the day of installation, so I can leave the most accurate negative review!

The measurements where taken by his team and when we talked about the details it was a breeze, and there input was what I felt honest and the best for me not just up charges. They even talked me out of things that aren't needed for my location like triple pane glass and the black trim does fade over time. I did order in fall, and the windows as promised ready in the 6-8 week time frame. We were in a deep freeze at that time. I didn't want to do the install until nicer weather. At this time the windows were installed. All 18 casements, bay window and sliding glass door. I couldn't be happier with the 2 day install for windows and flashing that they replaced throughout the outside of the house.
