Her attention to detail, warmth, compassion, and the way she interacts with both children and their parents are truly admirable. I gained so much valuable clinical knowledge and experience that I know I will carry with me throughout my career. What stood out to me most was how genuinely she cares for each of her patients and their families. She creates such a welcoming and comforting environment while providing thoughtful and thorough care. Her entire staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. From the moment I started my rotation, the entire team made me feel comfortable and included, and it was clear how much they genuinely care about the children and families who come into the office Thank you, Dr. Marina, for being such an incredible mentor, preceptor, and physician. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn from you, and I could not have asked for a better experience during my pediatric rotation. Any child and family would be lucky to have you as their doctor!

The first visit she told my kid he has overweight issues and do you want to know what was recommended? "Shut your mouth, stop eating! -and that's the pediatrician saying...instead of recommending diet and etc...how do you think the kid felt after all this??? The 2nd visit was to get release for sports due to fractured finger a little bit more then a month prior.. I was told since it's time to get physical we need to come in-sure, not a problem at all. We come in and then, here's the beginning.. we are told it's too early for physical-ok... Dr Marina Burstein walks in to the room with the attitude, extremely rude , unprofessional, mannerless -instead apologizing for misunderstanding/inconvenience and etc... we were asked what we were doing there? if they got the record from the ER-not sure, can't control it (that's why I had it on my phone). Also, brought the records from the urgent care on the usb with notes and updated X-ray which she refused even to take a look at by saying "I don't need that. How do I know you are not lying?.... By the way, do you know urgent care drs get paid more than we do?" When I told her the urgent care dr said I need to go to PCP she laughed and said "you need orthopedic and you still need ME"- sure, anything I need to do for my kids health!!! Then, I get told it's too late to go to Orthopedics. Still don't understand why would I lie? why she was talking to me about her pay instead of my kids health which should be her main concern-at least I think so! If she stated it's too early to go back to sports, why too late to see Ortho? absolutely careless person whatsoever... still didn't recommend anything, didn't refer us anywhere. What was the purpose of the visit-don't know ... and this is a person who is called a Doctor. please, don't traumatize your kids, find another doctor who really will CARE about your kids health and feelings . I Work in the medical field for more than 15 yrs, never saw even 1 doctor treating patients the way we were treated that day -NEVER...

I used the search tool from my insurance website to find a doctor at UCLA Health believing I had coverage. I didn't know I was "out of network" until I received a bill a month after my visit! Yes, I made a mistake. But as a consumer, navigating the system is not something I do everyday. The "professionals" who book your appointment, who do this work everyday, won't check your coverage and don't care. I filled out pages of pre appointment forms and uploaded a copy of my insurance card and had no reason to think I wasn't covered. It's going to take me some time to recover from this bill for ONE OFFICE VISIT. Meanwhile, I still pay a lot for health insurance, like everyone else. Make sure you're covered!

Plenty of parking in the structure and the open lot behind it (free for the first 1.5 hours) but be prepared to walk a little since Costco customers keep the parking lot pretty full. Access via stairs on the side or an elevator behind the building. The lab which I visited has a separate entrance directly across the offices. Staff 4 stars: Most of my interaction was automated. Lab visits are walk-ins but you do need a referral from your UCLA doctor before you go. Once you enter, you sign in on a tablet and will then start getting text alerts on your phone. When you turn comes, the text will tell you which station to go to. Once you arrive at the station, you are greeted by a lab technician who logs you in and performs the necessary lab work. My lab technician was polite and efficient. Wait Time 4 stars: I am not sure if it is always this good, but I only waited 10 minutes. The Bottom Line 4 stars: A solid option in a pleasant and convenient location. Highly recommended!

Parking is easy, especially first thing in the morning. Check in is fast & smooth because I always do my paperwork in MyChart. Nurse Theresa took my vitals & was warm & sweet. Dr. Gregor is always detailed & thorough, and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. He follows up my visits with detailed feedback in MyChart about my bloodwork results, and makes lifestyle, diet & supplement recommendations. Thankfully I haven't needed any prescription recommendations. After seeing him, I know that bloodwork always follows. This is THE most stressful part of an annual physical for me bc I am usually a challenging draw. So last year when phlebotomist Alex hit a winner vein the very first time, & gave me zero pain, you bet I remembered him. I was so relieved when I saw him in the testing area today! Just like last year, Alex got a winner vein in just one stick. He is the best! If you are a challenging blood draw, you will understand when I say it is the biggest relief when I know that the tubes are filling up fast & I don't have to be stuck a second or third time. Dr. Gregor & the office here make it pleasant to stay up to date on self care. I continue to highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I have experienced repeated issues, including: * Failure to return messages: Despite leaving multiple messages, Dr. Gregory does not respond in a timely manner, if at all. * Delays in addressing test results: I have consistently had to wait far too long for updates on important test results, causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty. * Neglecting prescription refills: There have been significant delays and oversights with my prescription refills, including my current situation with Wegovy, which has remained unresolved for over a month. This pattern of poor communication and lack of follow-through is unacceptable and does not align with the standard of care I expect from UCLA Health. Dr. Shukhman has always taken the time to explain every step and made sure I understood what to expect during and after the treatment. The first go around it was within a short period of time I started to feel the difference. He has become my primary care doctor, the PRP is just a plus side to the many health procedures he offers. The staff is courteous, the environment is clean and calming, and Dr. Shukhman always takes the time to truly listen. His medical practice has been a real asset to my overall health and recovery. This is something that is RARELY seen in medical practices. You typically get 10 minutes with a doctor before they have to move on. Dr. Shukhman ALWAYS takes his time to listen to every single concern and explain everything to the most minute detail. A complete change to the medical world. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
