My annual physical with Dr. Gregor was today, & he and his office are consistently excellent. This is why I followed him here, from his previous Santa Monica location! Parking is easy, especially first thing in the morning. Check in is fast & smooth because I always do my paperwork in MyChart. Nurse Theresa took my vitals & was warm & sweet. Dr. Gregor is always detailed & thorough, and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. He follows up my visits with detailed feedback in MyChart about my bloodwork results, and makes lifestyle, diet & supplement recommendations. Thankfully I haven't needed any prescription recommendations. After seeing him, I know that bloodwork always follows. This is THE most stressful part of an annual physical for me bc I am usually a challenging draw. So last year when phlebotomist Alex hit a winner vein the very first time, & gave me zero pain, you bet I remembered him. I was so relieved when I saw him in the testing area today! Just like last year, Alex got a winner vein in just one stick. He is the best! If you are a challenging blood draw, you will understand when I say it is the biggest relief when I know that the tubes are filling up fast & I don't have to be stuck a second or third time. am writing to formally express my concerns regarding Dr. Scott Gregory's reliability and the level of care I have received under his supervision. Unfortunately, I have experienced repeated issues, including: * Failure to return messages: Despite leaving multiple messages, Dr. Gregory does not respond in a timely manner, if at all. * Delays in addressing test results: I have consistently had to wait far too long for updates on important test results, causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty. * Neglecting prescription refills: There have been significant delays and oversights with my prescription refills, including my current situation with Wegovy, which has remained unresolved for over a month. This pattern of poor communication and lack of follow-through is unacceptable and does not align with the standard of care I expect from UCLA Health. I feel let down as a patient and am concerned about the impact this has had on my health and well-being. read more

I went to see Dr Gregor, I saw home a year and a half ago. I had what I believed to be sciatica due to a fall I've had it twice before, both times before I had woken up with leg pain. First he wouldn't refill my medication until I saw him and had a physical. When I went in to see him on a Thursday he did absolutely nothing. No labs, no X-ray. Then by Friday afternoon he still haven't sent the pharmacist my refills. I did not have my medication all weekend. Needless to say on Monday when he did order my medication it was wrong. All he had to do was look at my chart and sent in the order. UCLA has a complaint department so I wrote them a email. When they replied they wrote that I had gone in to see the doctor due to a back injury. No it was my leg and my pain was a 9.5. Such incompetence. I never see him again and I'm pretty soured on UCLA Medical. read more

Dr. Gregor has been my doctor off and on for over 10 year. In 2019 I was crushed in a car crash fighting for my life. Dr. Gregor has been beside me every step of the process. He doesn't expect someone to replace their own judgment with his. He gives the facts as he sees it and honors your choices. It's so refreshing to find a physician, especially one in a larger multi-speciality practice, who takes time and actually cares. I feel like I won the doctor lottery! The office was super clean, all the other staff members were professional and helpful. I needed to make a follow-up appointment when I was leaving, which was around lunchtime, and there was a bit of a scrum so I chose to come back later to make the follow-up, which I did and which was easily handled. Overall, a really good guy and a nice doctor. He listens, cares, and generally does a great job! I especially appreciated that he did a thorough job with my bloodwork for my annual physical. He tested Vit. D and Ferritin (usually tests other doctors don't do!) so I feel he really cares about preventive medicine and thorough wellness checkups. Also, I'm generally healthy but when I had some difficult menstrual issues, he referred me to a great OB/GYN immediately. His office staff was very efficient with the referral paperwork for my HMO and I had a referral number within an hour. Everything was paid and I had no insurance issues. My husband actually liked Dr. Gregor, too, which is a MIRACLE! My husband has an extremely high IQ and is very picky when it comes to doctors. Highly recommend! read more

Avoid UCLA health at all costs. They do not work with your insurance and WAY overcharge. Because of how they billed my insurance, I ended up being charged over $700 just for simple blood tests. Will never be returning to any office associated with UCLA health. read more

His office is well staffed, the nurses and office staff were friendly and efficient. I've never had any problems getting in to see Dr. Gregor any time I needed to. What a nightmare practice. They obviously don't need patients. Cancelled appmnt 15 min. before morning appmnt. to home phone. Staff was rude and indignant regarding cancellation. No confidence in practice, my last two drs. left in the last few years. Hard to imagine why. read more

I just can't say enough about Dr. Gregor, and the entire staff !!!! Every one very Professional, Friendly, Smiles, they go out of there way too help you. I wish I could find a bright spot, can not except I saw a part-time Dr. Once that seemed very nice and caring. But temporary. Prescriptions that Dr. Gregor use to fill, now have to see a specialist. The specialist that they referred me to could not believe that they were sending me out to a specialist. The specialist told me there was no reason for them not to continue to fill them. I was a Patient of Dr. Gregor when he first started at Lakeside in Simi Valley. that was around 2009 2010. Than he left too go too West Hills.I stayed in Simi, after over 2 years of trying too find a Dr. that would listen and fight for you ( for Referrals ) The receptionist well, one out 4, same with the Nurses.The last Dr. I saw there would come and and say, what is it that you want. Alot of, cant do that or you wont get that service.Not even try. I can go on.I had it !!!! I switched over too the Woodlan Hills office, it was or is worth the xtra Drive. I actually have a ( DR ) that I can talk too, he cares, and well fight for you, especially if he knows you need it. it is becoming a normal practice for corporate too give you a letter stating the need additional medical information, than after 45 days you get a denial, it is Corporates way of pushing out the time they save money that way. So as you start noticing this, it is not the staff fault, that is Corporate. Any way, sorry, I got off track, I cannot say enough about the whole office there, smiles, professional, even when I get frustrated with insurance companys, they understand. I had the same Primary Care Physician for 20 years and he decided to leave the medical group as a PCP. Although I really liked the staff, he had become rather run-of-the mill on my care and, back in December mis-diagnosed a skin condition which rattled me a bit. I found Dr. Gregor's reviews to be positive and chose him as my PCP. The office staff at the West Hills location is very thorough, professional and quick. Appointment was met on time. Dr. Gregor is extremely personable, and his exam was considerably more comprehensive than any in my previous ten years. He spent about 20+ minutes with me, reviewing my blood results, current lifestyle considerations, and vaccinations/procedures updates. He has a sense of humor and is empathic....meaning he listens and responds in kind. This is a positive way to begin a medical relationship. This is the best doctor I have ever had. I actually have Jody, who's the NP. And she is so super great, warm, caring and personable. I went in with a problem and immediately received thorough care upon first visit. I came from waiting forever to get appointments, being authorized for tests, living in pain for months, getting nowhere with no answers. When I finally found this Dr., from the first visit I immediately received a list of thorough care ordered for me right away. I was so relieved to finally be getting somewhere, that I literally cried. A week or so after my first visit, I received a Thank You card in the mail personally signed by all the staff. I was the one so grateful for how well I was taken care of, that I should have been the one thanking them! Thank you guys!!!!! This is a wonderful Dr, wonderful welcoming staff, and you will be taken very good care of. I received the correct treatment and both my breathing problem and high fever are quickly returning to normal...and I can go back to work.
