Training sessions tailored specifically for your body type, lifestyle & fitness level. Ensures you reach your personal goals. Cons: A little pricey but it is an investment in your health which is priceless. Prepare to really work & be sore. I recently joined a team sport which practices 2 days a week & wanted to supplement my training the rest of the week. Mainly wanted to increase strength & endurance. Although I have a traditional gym membership it lacked the guidance & motivation I needed to reach my goals. Fortunately I met David Egusquiza, trainer, who recommended ITM & invited me to try a free session. On Dec 4, 2014 6am had my first session- where I met Francisco (Paco) Ferre, owner/founder/trainer, their facility was clean, well equipped inside & out & very welcoming. Kind of a rustic cabin atmosphere. No more than 4 clients are scheduled for each hourly session which provides private one 2 one training & focused personal attention. Paco did a brief interview of my current activity level, sports I practice & we set my personal goals. He demonstrated each exercise & provided instruction on proper form & technique each step of the way. As a beginner this definitely made me feel safe & eased my fear of injury d/t poor form especially while learning. Not at all like other current trends of having large groups doing the same routines regardless of your fitness level with little individual or personal attention to their clients. I especially like the routines which combine different and unique ways of working each muscle group. Paco & David challenge you with each new session to increase your strength & ability to perform & improve in each task. I've just completed my first month & have noticed a great improvement in my endurance, overall body strength as well as a noticeable difference in my problem areas (being of Cuban descent that means my butt). No complaints about the location, facility, trainers or availability. Paco & David are really great trainers and truly want to see you succeed. From the very first session, her professionalism and expertise have been evident. She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and exercise science and incorporates physical therapy techniques into every workout, ensuring that the exercises not only build strength and endurance, but also promote proper form and injury prevention. Her ability to explain the purpose and benefits of each exercise in detail is impressive - I always leave our sessions with a deeper understanding of how my body is working. Even more impressive is Elizabeth's ability to create varied, engaging workouts that challenge me without feeling overly difficult. She has an incredible talent for utilizing the minimal at-home equipment I have to design workouts that are both effective and enjoyable. I never feel bored (which usually happens quickly for me) or plateaued, as she is constantly coming up with new routines to keep my body guessing. Elizabeth's coaching style is incredibly motivating, yet subtle. She has a way of pushing me just beyond my comfort zone without ever making the workout feel arduous or unmanageable. I consistently surprise myself with what I'm able to accomplish, all while feeling supported and encouraged by her positive energy. Considering the personalized attention I receive (as well as my little Pomeranian princess) and the fact that Elizabeth drives to my home, her rates are more than reasonable. She went into details on the many ways she would help me reach my fitness goals. Upon meeting her, she was welcoming and had the most bubbly personality, which I love. Not only did she make me feel comfortable but her professionalism was unmatched. She is very educated in her field and seem to genuinely care about my health and fitness desires. Due to how nice Elizabeth is, I did expect her training to be a little lax but in all honesty she's a sweet and rough cookie. I got a workout I was not expecting. She pushed me harder than I thought I could. She took details to my specific problems areas and created workouts based on them. I would say she exceeded my expectations with her way of training. I like that it was personalized around my fitness level, goals, eating habits and body shape. I am already slim but a little puggy in the mid section plus a little soft in my lower body so my fitness goals are to tone my legs, butt and gain abs. From the beginning, she targeted these areas in ways my body was not used to. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do those workouts without her expertise. Before each training she would use a massage gun on my body to warm up my muscles, sort of like stretching. Doing so allowed my workouts to be smoother and safer on my muscles. During my first training with Elizabeth, she discovered I have a slight balance issue so for my second training she started to implement exercises to increase my balance while still focusing on my main concerns. I love that she took attention to details when training me. It definitely shows how much she cares and wants to see my improvement. I can honestly say that I see a difference from just a few trainings with Elizabeth than I've seen working out for months on my own. After each training sessions, I've felt sore but also confident in how great of a workout I had. I wouldn't change anything about the way Elizabeth trained. I am glad I found her and look forward to more trainings with her in the future.
