The team was very welcoming and so were the other people working out. Everyone was really nice and eager to help if I didn't know what to do. You get a great sweat session in the warehouse. I really like their schedule because they cover every body part and they even incorporate HITT. I'll be signing up as soon as I'm done with my current contract.

Danny is the owner and is an amazing instructor. Not only does he go step by step with you until you figure out the workout, he holds you accountable on Saturdays by endurance testing you and writing down your progress weekly. They also have jiu jitsu class for kids and adults. He has several plans that range from $50 a month to $160 depending on what package you decide is best for you. I personally love this place it's air conditioned and classes are not jam packed. Love that it's a range of weight training and cardio exercises which is perfect for me. Looking forward to my process of losing weight and getting healthy.

Absolutely amazing pole studio. Everyone from the owner to the students are friendly,…read moreunpretentiousness, communicative, and there to help you grow and learn. Of course pole isn't just dance/sport/fitness, it's a community-based, empowering experience that brings joy and positivity into your life and of course it's also sexy as hell. Luscious subscribes to this inclusive philosophy whole-heartedly and you feel it every time you take a class there and then the end result after you do the work is so sexy and empowering! This studio is truly awesome. Shout out to the crazy talented instructor Elizabeth, definitely take her classes if you can. It goes without saying that she is an incredible dancer but she is also patient and kind. I'm an cardio dance instructor and this was my first pole class, I woke up sore! Elizabeth is a straight up pole scientist, dropping knowledge at every turn and breaking down moves analytically so we can understand the separate pieces that lead to the final flow. You really have to experience her class physically to understand what a talented and intelligent teacher she is but I'm trying to give an idea. There's plenty of repetition and explaining so the moves can really get into your body. So basically if pole was offered as part of a master's program in university Elizabeth would be your professor! If it's your first time doing pole I suggest doing the tricky tricks class first. The studio itself is clean, spacious and beautiful. The classes don't feel overcrowded and the a/c works great :) Thanks Spinderella Fitness, I'm so glad you exist!!

This place embodies the "come as you are" attitude that makes fitness seem less daunting. "SpinDolls" come in all shapes, sizes, colors and from all walks of life. But even with all the differences, you always feel comfortable and supported. No one is judging you, but rather encouraing you on. I love knowing that I am working out with other woman who are not there to show off but to get in shape while having fun. We laugh, A LOT. Eli, the owner, has the most infectious energy I have encountered in a while. She is go, go, go all the time and always fun and friendly. She is the type of person that you look at and say "I want to be her friend!!!" She lost tons of weight herself, so she knows the struggle. Now, you are probably not reading this review to hear so much about what a great time we have (which we do) but to know if this is going to get your butt in shape. The answer is a resounding YES! Eli offers tons of different classes: Pole fitness, boot camps, Pole tricks, Zumba, twerking, Kangoo, etc. There is something for everyone. They are challenging, heart racing, sweat inducing, "make-it-all-hurt" and ultimately they will make you sore in such a fantastic way. The biggest change I have noticed in the past month is in my leg muscles and upper body strength. Still have ways to go, but I know that I will enjoy the journey.

Let's be real - on most mornings, it's a challenge to get out of bed to hit a tough workout. But somehow, both my husband and I actually look forward to our morning routine here. We do our group class workout, followed by the sauna and a cold plunge. It's the ultimate wake-up combo and really makes a positive difference in the rest of our day. To us the real gem, and what sets this gym apart from the other options for gyms in this area, is Carl our group trainer. Carl is so much more than just a trainer, he's the heart and soul of PiniHealth. His energy and passion are infectious, and his knowledge shines through in every class. He creates workouts that are challenging, adaptable, and fun (in a tortuously good way, lol). I come from a Pilates background, and my husband weightlifting - the fact that we both love Carl's classes shows how he can adjust the workout to each persons needs, even in a group setting. I also want to give a big shoutout to Melody, Manny, and the young man who works tirelessly keeping this place sparkling clean. The whole team works seamlessly to create a welcoming and positive environment, and as members, we really appreciate it. They've got the vibe, the community, and the passion. If you're searching for a gym that truly goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend PiniHealth.

I highly recommend Crank Crossfit to anyone at any fitness level. If you want to be pushed to the breaking point. They'll do it.
