This place was awesome! I took my daughter here for her birthday. I made a reservation just to make sure, I'm glad we did! There was a field trip of 120 kids there when we checked in. Even though the facility was very busy it was clean and the staff were all very attentive and professional. It's an efficiently ran business with fun being a focus. My daughter is 11 and she wanted to do this but naturally she was a bit nervous. Dalton the flight instructor was very good with her, eased her fears and made sure she had a good experience and stayed safe. After watching all of the instructors through out our visit I'm positive this is a standard. Every one of them were perfectly fit for their role as instructor. I just came to ifly Ontario today for the first time. I brought my daughter and five friends for her 10th Birthday. I didn't buy the birthday package with the room and tables but bought 6 flights (really 12 flights because it comes with two flights each). It also came with the photo and video package which is my only con (below after my pros) Pros - check in was very smooth even with six 10 year old girls. Once we checked in we sat and watched a couple flights before heading into the 5-10 minute class that teaches the do's and don't, the hand signs and how to enter and exit the tunnel. The girls instructor was Carlos. I can't say enough about him. We scored! Two of the girls were super nervous but excited to fly. Carlos made it fun and totally made them comfortable. Thank you Carlos! After the class they got all geared up and were ready to fly. Each flight is 1 minute (believe me, it's long enough) By their second flight they were all so comfortable in there with huge smiles! After their flights were done Carlos went into the tunnel and did some pretty impressive tricks on his own! Once they were done they got out of their gear and we picked our pictures and videos.... Con - this is the only con which isn't terrible. Fortunately, my pictures and videos came with the package. The quality isn't that great. My phone captured video and photos with much better quality than what they gave me. Again, not really an issue at all just a heads up to make sure you take some cool pictures of your own. Came here back in February for my birthday!! Everyone here is very nice and welcoming. And they didn't make a big deal about me being in a wheelchair, which is a plus. I was a bit nervous to try indoor skydiving, but once you jump in, it is well worth it. Makes me want to actually try the real thing some day. It's worth the price. The two flights, where 1 minute each and on the second round we did the high flight. I can't wait to come back here hopefully sooner then later. Please don't take your kids here mine left in tears and they are tougher than rocks they live on dirt bikes and do all adventures. My daughter busted her eardrum and spent the afternoon in the urgent care waiting room. Our instructor told us ear plugs weren't necessary at all, clearly they were. Having major mom guilt for taking them. The staff was very nice and helpful but I have yet to speak with the manager on this matter. read more

Bought the 10 fly package for my son's birthday and he split the sessions with his Dad (5 each). Jay was their instructor and he was amazing; very knowledgeable and friendly and made my son and husband feel very safe in his care. Both my son and husband said it was the most exhilarating, awesome and fun experience they've ever had! Better than rides at an amusement park. They're definitely looking forward to going back and they hope they'll be able to get Jay as their instructor again as well. read more

I have taken my kids here twice for the experience of skydiving and they have enjoyed it immensely both times. The instructors are knowledgeable and know how to instruct them so they have a great time skydiving. Excellent experience for children (my kids were 8 and 12 when they had their first skydiving experience. Check in was easy. The equipment is cleaned after use for the next visitor. The initial price isn't cheap but you get what you pay for; this isn't a go cart ride or a miniature golf experience. After your flight the instructor will ask if you would like to purchase future skydiving flights at a cheaper price. That's when you can save some money. I'm pretty sure that indoor skydiving is cheaper and easier to get started with than the real skydiving experience. I don't know if you can request a specific instructor but Tessa was receptive and my kids enjoyed her training. We will definitely come back if my kids request to go skydiving again. read more

Was a gift for Christmas for my daughters. Decided to give it a try. My kids loved it. Def scared but the excitement took over once they got in. So here's my breakdown. I would not personally ever have purchased these myself. At 100 for two "jumps". That's 200 bucks for my girls and it last two minutes. Not in total. They have you arrive early. Sign the waiver. Relax and wait around. Few minutes before and you watch a simple video. Basic instructions class. And than get suited up and ready. Each kid has two one minute flights with the instructor and they get to have some fun. The reps here are great. They were polite and good with the kids. Which is a huge plus. Customer service was outstanding. It's def a place if your interested in learning to prepare to skydive. Or if you have money like that , you will have some fun. But after it was said and done my girls don't want to go again. And I'm ok with that. Save me a few hundred bucks. But no knock on the place at all. It was a good experience indeed. read more

I hv sister coming in town with her 3 kids. This their 2nd visit to california. I went to google n start searching Fun things to do for kids arouns my town. I am so Glad i drove by one time n saw ifly in my area. So i decided to give it a try. We first booked 3 of 2 fly each, then few days our sister decided want to come along, so we change it to family n friends package of $256+tax for 10 fly that we can share. Our instructor name is carlos. He did a good job on our first visit as our instructure. At the end of the fly, he mention if we want to return visit for $116+tax for the same package. After getting a killer deal at Costco for gift cards, I decided to take my son and my nephew. Note: When making the appointment, they do expect payment right away to reserve the spot. We came at our designated time and they have a Kiosk for check in which was pretty easy when you walk in. After check in, you get to sit in the waiting area where the wind tunnel is and watch all the other groups do their thang! It's really neat. The instructors don't let you go in by yourself but fly in there with you to help keep you balanced. They have a training class where they teach you all about what to do. Unfortunately, it wasn't communicated to me that I was allowed to go in with my son so he went with my nephew. I feel like he would have been braver or more prepared going in if I had just been in there to help him. The instructor was really patient and friendly. The flight though was only about a minute long and there is a two flight minimum. Long story short it's about $80 for the training session, two flights, a high fly add on ($10), complimentary videos and photos emailed to your phone, and a flying certificate (that we never received). All in all it was great to experience but I highly recommend going on the website first to get step by step instructions so you now what to expect. A must try! read more

I took my 12yo daughter here for the first time 6/4/16 to celebrate completing 6th grade and she had a blast! I made the reservations and completed the waiver online which saved a bunch of time when we arrived. I can't say enough about how great the staff was. We arrived an hour early and the woman working the counter got us in right away. She advised my kiddo she needed to braid her hair pre flight (me being a single dad had no clue how to do that) and she actually braided my daughters hair for her. The flight instructor was super nice and helpful getting her suited up, briefed, and air born. He even helped her get a sweet deal on some pictures and a shirt. The fun had by everyone was quite obvious by the ear to ear smiles by the flyers, staff, and audience. My kid is already begging to go back. Thank you so much iFLY staff :) Tip: When you book your flight online, go with a basic deal. A sales associate will call you a couple days prior to remind you of your appointment and will offer a upgrade. They usually have a upgrade or two when you arrive as well. read more

I do not feel it was Worth it at all to pay it. Did not go much higher at all. At the price they charge to fly that should have been included. Daniel was our instructor and he was awesome! I felt a little embarrassed at first because I'm not coordinated and am afraid if heights, but Daniel was super professional and made me feel really confident. My husband, myself and our two kids (aged 11 and 3) all flew. Daniel was amazing with my 3 year old as she was a little scared at first, but he flew her around like super girl and she was laughing. (I recommend getting the G3 helmet for little ones to protect their face from the wind). Great service, super friendly staff and clean facility. Will definitely be back! read more

1. Horrible instructor. 2. No refund regardless of fault. 3. Bad customer service. Took my 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter and paid $70/person for total $140. 1. Incompetent instructor - The instructor Mat wasted the first try on my son as he was incompetent, and needed help from another girl instructor to do so on second try. His memory is also forgetful as he said my daughter flew but she backed out given feeling uncomfortable so never went into the wind tunnel. 2. When I asked the front manager Alex and Taylor what they can do, they initially denied any refund. I got little upset and made a scene finally they unwillingly agreed to refund $70 for my daughter who didn't flew. 3. Refused to admit any wrongdoing, the opposite of the fun experience we were hoping for. Will never come again and advise all friends/family the same. read more

Been here twice and both times were great experiences. My boys are the flyers 9 and 8 years old and they love this place. The staff is super friendly. We flew twice with the same flight instructor (Daniel). First time we came was in October of last year and again this past weekend. He remembered us and I don't know why but there is a special feeling you get when people remember you. Especially when it's been months and they interact with different people all the time. The first time we came it was a small group of people. The second time it was just the boys. After the flight, Daniel was talking to the boys. The way he was taking to them was very encouraging and the interaction was really cool. Got his card so I can contact him the next time we want to come in. That way we can keep him as out flight instructor. I thought that was awesome. The only thing I didn't like was the photos. When we first came I ordered a package with photos and a video. I didn't really like the quality and thought my photo and video I took with my phone was better. I would and have recommended Ifly at the Ontario location. I would not recommend the photos though. read more

My 10 year old daughter, a Junior Girl Scout in the San Gorgonio Council earned with her cookie rewards a trip to iFly. The girls and families were welcomed with balloons around the entryway, a special greeter to check us in and supportive staff that taught the girls STEM curriculum related to their flight and experience. Super friendly staff. Very patient. We had a party of 12 and they accommodated everyone. Our party had kids 5yrs-12yrs and no problem when instructing. They made sure my 5 yr old daughter understood the signs before proceeding to instruct the next step. The only downfall is the minute in the tunnel goes by so fast! Each crew member helped our guests get into their jumpsuits and safety gear. One kid even got to borrow sneakers your location had since he was in flip flops. You guys really handled everything flawlessly. It was such a great start to give each guest their initial minute to fly and get their bearings. Then, the second round gave them more confidence and it was very obvious each one LOVED it!!! The first thing our son said after his flights, "I want to be an iFly instructor!" We loved his enthusiasm and definitely anticipate a new hobby on the horizon. As spectators it was even fun just to watch, but I admit, I can't wait to try this myself on a future visit. It was my first flight yesterday and it was definitely an amazing feeling to fly. There were five of us in the group that I was in and majority of us were inexperienced. Our instructor Carlos is obviously skilled at what he does just by looking at the way he can manipulate the air with his body, he did a great job instructing us on body placement. Not impressed I've been skydiving many times I've been to the one in vegas and it was much more fun I brought my wife here so she can experience what I did in vegas but this was much shorter I did the 4 flt package Each flt was timed to be 1 minute long and I went one time and let my wife take the other 3 The 1 minute was 58 seconds and the and the 2nd was 1 min 30 seconds and that was considered to be the 3 total for her Not worth the clock watching Maybe I had an instructor that had to be somewhere else but for them to shorten her time was a real disappointment for me and she was not impressed Oh! But after we were done, the instructor found the time to do his own cool stunts and certainly didn't watch his clock read more
