I took the phone over to him, and within 20min - 30min it was fixed! The price was very reasonable. In fact he found something else wrong with my phone, fixed it and didn't charge me any more that what I originally came in for - superb! Update to today, my battery and screen are being less than favorable. However after speaking with the same guy and his manager I was able to get my warranty screen replacement and the battery again.
