It's a safe, welcoming environment and just a walk down the road to the nearest beach access. (Wow, talk about a great little time filler while waiting on my clothes to dry!) The sweet ladies inside are always willing to help and take care of the facility extremely well. The counters to fold on are always wiped down, the floors are always clean and the bathroom is always sparkling. Outside of the building is maintained and loitering is deterred. I feel very safe doing my laundry here and appreciate the atmosphere. Good vibes all around. My clothes always smell nice afterward and I've never had any issues!

Some are always out of order, but there are plenty others. Staff are strange rangers, although they maintain the equipment, all know how to use everything & they are always available, if you need help. * A few large tables to fold. There are some chairs/tables but not enough for everyone there. The nice thing is people don't linger. They come in, do a few loads & quickly leave. There are also 2 benches outside if you want to sit or get away from noise, but be prepared to be inundated with cig smokers. They are not considerate. * There is a soap/softener dispenser ($1.50/item) & coin change machine for quarters. Most of the machines in-house take bills & credit cards. You can also pay at the $10 machines with a credit card but I've read a few reviews with some saying they were double charged or had additional charges, like $1-7 for an unknown reason. I don't need to deal with that afterwards when I see my statement... I just wanna wash my socks... so, I carry my own quarters. * There are 2 vending machines with soda, water, chips, candy bars. Good to Know: * The location can be hard to spot when coming down Hwy 77 (Ohio Pkwy) so you may have to turn in quickly. Mind the speed of the cars coming at you. * 2 sizes of dryers. Both are large & take several loads of clothing. It's $1-1.25 for 8-min, then 25-cents for 4-min more if you put in the quarter before the drier stops. If you don't make it, it's another $1-1.25 to start again. But, they're very efficient yet don't burn up clothing or your hands when you remove it. It normally costs me $2-2.50 to dry 2 large loads in 1 drier... basically 20-28min. * Like any laundromat, patrons are always oddballs, but none are friendly & everyone keeps to themselves. Cons: * Price: When I was here 1-yr ago, it was $6 for 2 loads of wash/1 drier. Now it's $10-11. * They have free WiFi, but it's buffering & usable every time I've visited so I need to use my own data plan. * I find the washer load capacities stupidly confusing. Some front loaders that say they hold 3 loads (for $5/wash) are smaller than the top loaders that are standard size (& $3.50/wash). It matters cuz whichever one I choose, I need 2 washers. The ones that say they hold 5 loads & are $10... nah. You can wash 1 large comforter (possibly 2 depending on style/size), but you're not going to fit in FIVE full loads of laundry... the load info is ridiculous. There are other machines for $15, as well. Basically, my recommendation is to use the standard sized top load washers for the most cost effective visit for regular clothing. If needing bedding washed, you may have to use the pricier machines. * Not many parking spaces (about 10) & you need to be careful getting in & out of them, as there are often big ol' trucks in some of the spaces. * I do get annoyed that every time I'm there, there's someone from a hotel taking up 6 washers & multiple dryers, washing sheets. The girls who work there are always doing customer laundry, too (it's their job, so just an observation), so it's crowded with all the pairs of folks sheet folding & trying to navigate around others to find an available dryer. To that end, I'm grateful for only 10 parking spaces cuz it cuts down on the frustration of not being able to get a w/d. My advice: Look them up on Google Maps before visiting as it will tell you if it's a busy time or not. Basically, if you drive by & there's no parking space, you can't visit anyway, but it will save you a trip. I generally arrive between 7-9am. It starts to get busier & louder as I'm leaving. On rainier days, there are less people, so it's a good time to do laundry. 4* out of 5. -1* for price, although, I think they're all as expensive.

Can't write about any other service this place offers but if they send their laundry service out to Vick's, it's a crapshoot as to when and the condition your clothes get back to you. If you have any issues with your clothes, Vick's will just explain to you how you're wrong. This shop is listed as a Vick's partner. Vick's the most disreputable laundry and dry cleaning establishment in Northwest Florida. Do your business a favor and drop Vick's.
