First, we patiently waited for other people to finish using the washing machines. We understood the situation and respected everyone's turn. When we finally finished washing and started using the dryers, there was no one waiting--at one point, we were the only ones there. Later, more people arrived, and instead of handling the situation respectfully, the employee started yelling at us in front of everyone, telling us that we had to stop using the dryers so the people who had just arrived could use them instead. What upsets me the most is that I was paying for the service too. If I had to wait for hours for my turn, why couldn't the people who arrived after us do the same? It makes no sense to force us to give up dryers that we had already paid for and were actively using. The situation got even worse when the employee took our clothes out of the dryer without our permission, put them in a cart, and gave the dryer--one that we had already paid for--to someone else. Then she said she would rather refund our money and call her manager. I told her to go ahead because this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, she also told us that she didn't want us to come back. After the way she treated us, don't worry--we won't be coming back. But that doesn't change the fact that no customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. If management sees this review, please contact me. I would like to speak with the person in charge because the service we received was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Can't write about any other service this place offers but if they send their laundry service out to Vick's, it's a crapshoot as to when and the condition your clothes get back to you. If you have any issues with your clothes, Vick's will just explain to you how you're wrong. This shop is listed as a Vick's partner. Vick's the most disreputable laundry and dry cleaning establishment in Northwest Florida. Do your business a favor and drop Vick's.

Glitches? 2-3 yellow caution signs were on the floors, in front of several washers, with towels underneath, which doesn't seem very safe, but people maneuvered around them. Unsure why they were left for hours (constant leaks?). Note to Mngmt: Fix that issue before the piles of young kids racing around or the many seniors there trip, fall & you find yourself in a lawsuit! Still, there were a decent amount of machines, even though 90% were being used. Machines? All washers were front load. I used the washers that hold 4 loads for $6 (30-min wash). I had what I'd consider to be 3-4 loads of clothing & they fit in easily without the extreme clothes mashing I saw others using to save a few bucks.... some surely crammed 6 loads into those machines. There are smaller, cheaper machines in the front & bigger ones that held 5 loads in the back. Dryers are huge & can hold a small Fiat. They're wonderful because even on high heat, it's not baking clothing & the way air circulates, almost everyone's clothing is honestly dried in 15-20 min & it doesn't come out frying pan hot. 25-cents buys 8-9 min, so all most need is 50-75 cents max. Staff? The attendant that day was a young man who kept mostly to himself & was doing a good job watching out for those who might need help & regularly cleaning the tops of washers & mopping floors. The pluses? Plenty of parking, a well used change machine is in the front & I believe there were vending machines in the back. Despite how crowded it was, people were very polite & pleasant, although, with all the kids that day, it was super loud combined with the sound of 50 machines going at once. Bonuses? The place is also a dry cleaner & according to the posted sign, offers shoe repair. Overall, 4* out of 5. -1* only for the danger present by the leaking in a couple of the aisles for whatever it was that was leaking in large spaces on the floors that day.
