Hello, my name is Quinn and I took my camera to the IFix location on Poplar to have my SD card slot fixed because I needed both of them for two photo jobs that I had to do on the same day. I waited for the repair and when they were done, I was told that I had a piece of the SD card that was broken in the slot so it should be working now. I took my camera home and inserted two SD cards in my camera and neither one of them worked now. I took it back to the same store and was told a piece must have drifted to the other side that was working and now it should be fixed. Well it wasn't and I had lost all faith and confidence in the store. At least I had a working camera with one SD card and now I have neither. I then took it another location I saw and was told that they are not responsible for the damages to my camera. I am in told that the pins were all bent and he assumed from them getting the sd card chip out of the camera. I am in disbelief right now, because I knew better to take it back after the 1st time. Thanx for nothing and now I have to replace my camera. The value of this damage done is far worse than I would have imagined. I had to rent a camera for my jobs and now I have to use the money that I earned for something I already had instead of getting more equipment for my photography business. read more

UPDATE: Funny you say all that because I took the phone your company completely broke to Patton computers in Collierville which I highly recommend. They not only fixed what you called "died on the operating table" but also fixed the original problem I had of my phone not charging by re attaching the charging port which had come loose. I am typing this review on the phone your company said was unfixable. My original problem before you crashed my phone was it would not charge correctly. I paid a $20 diagnostic fee. A phone that wasn't charging the first place I would look would be at the charging port. Honestly was gonna come up there demanding my diagnostic fee returned to my card but not gonna be petty. They corrected the damage you did to my phone and fixed my charging port for $50. Your company obviously doesn't know what they are doing other than robbing people of their money and breaking phones. read more

When your phone dies, your life just comes to a complete stop. My iPhone was dropped in coffee, and after doing the customary rain dance to the god, praying like never before, and putting it in rice, it still didn't work. The crazies at AT&T and The Apple store refused to help. Took the phone to a couple of places around town and they couldn't fix it. One of them was even generous enough to offer me $15 for my iPhone... How awesome is that right? WHAT AN ASS. Anyway, finally after looking around I was sent to GEBRILE at iFixMemphis. The guy is a genies, very accommodating and fixed the phone in no time. He kept me calm, was very quick with the fix, and most of all fixed the damn thing with a HUGE smile on his face. I've had an iPhone for years & was devastated when my luck ran out today after another nasty drop. I immediately googled where I could get my screen replaced at a reasonable price and stumbled across this place (which offered a Groupon several months ago at an awesome rate). I called, set up an appointment, and within a couple of hours, my phone was ready to roll. Although I began with a sour, annoyed attitude, the owner/manager was refreshingly helpful, polite, & congenial. I mentioned seeing the Groupon (which had since expired), and he gave me the Groupon rate + 10% discount! I walked away feeling like I'd just gotten a sweet deal and glad that I found a decent place to give my business to. When it was all said & done, it was $78 to repair my 4s screen. 100% avoid! Took my phone for a simple $35 back screen repair. Had to supply my own part. Then upon picking it up, they LOST MY PHONE. It was missing for nearly a month. No updates. I had to keep calling myself to be told they were going to check the storage. For a whole month. Turns out they gave my phone to the WRONG PERSON. A STRANGER had my phone for 18 days. A stranger wiped my entire phone clean. Lost data, contacts, photos. Years of stuff. Gone. No word from the owners. Just my $35 fee waved. Since then, my accounts have been hacked. I've had to change passwords from suspicious logins. My data was breached and the co-owner won't even reply to my email regarding the matter. Go anywhere else but here for your safety. read more

First of all.. great service!! These guys went the extra mile (literally) to get my phones repaired. Their store looks great and located in the middle of the city, so I was very comfortable leaving my phones there. They even gave me a loaner phone, so I would stay connected. I had 3 phones to fix, and but needed one of them done ASAP.. so they expedited my main phone and DROVE it to me within 30 minutes.. I was even able to pay the guy on the spot, he swiped my card via his phone -- very tech savvy. The other two I got back later that day. I would like to commend the young woman who runs the iFix store on Poplar Ave. for her ability to turn breaks in communication into an opportunity to fine tune the way business is conducted at this location. After a series of miss communication and what came off as a blatant lack of interest in customer service, I ended up leaving the store without my device 22 days later angry, discouraged, and worried as to who I left my device with. Today, the manager called me to tell me she is not only taking care of my issue but is making changes within her store to prevent similar situations from happening in the future. read more

I was very happy with my repair!! My son's phone in my opinion was beyond repair and I was assured it would be ok!! I am not sure if I was dealing with a manager or the owner but he was VERY concerned About customer service and that the employees all understood what good customer service meant!! The employees at this store are unprofessional, rude, lack valuable communication and customer service skills. Absolutely no professionalism, truly believe they just hire anyone with 2 legs. I have looked and around and called several iPad repair services and none have been as helpful and had the best prices as iFix in Memphis in the Wolfechase Galleria Mall. I took my son's iphone 4 to the Poplar location to have the shattered screen fixed, called at 10am and got a 5pm appointment, by 5:40 it was repaired. I even got a special price because of a 4square discount. Polite and efficient, they did a great job! read more

My daughter's iphone 5c screen was a mess but they fixed it and it is as good as new! Purchased a coupon through yelp and only paid $79 (for a $100 voucher) for a new screen and diagnostics. Would recommend this place to anyone. read more
