I took my husband's PS5 here to have the HDMI port replaced. The replacement worked great at first,…read morebut eventually stopped working. Since it was under warranty, I brought it back and they "fixed" it. When my husband picked it up, he was told that if it happened again, it was likely due to something they supposedly couldn't be responsible for and we would have to pay more. We took it to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed the actual issue: the HDMI port had not been properly soldered to the motherboard. So the explanation we were given by this shop was simply not accurate. The original repair should have been done correctly the first time, and I'm disappointed that instead of taking responsibility, we were given an explanation that was not supported by the actual condition of the repair. I would recommend getting a second opinion before paying for another repair here.

I saw they were a Mac certified shop. I called and talked with Chip. Bring it on in he said, which I did. The place was spacious, clean and cool inside. He called a short while later, said my motherboard was bad and not worth fixing, but the data was still there and he could transfer it for me. I had most but not all of the gold backed up, so I was happy with the news. I could not have asked for more timely, efficient or friendly service. I had an outstanding customer experience.

A few years ago, he set up our office with new computers, screens, the works. Everything worked great. We are in the process of opening a new location for my work and MCT are already getting the equipment and software needed together for us. On a personal experience, last month my daughter dropped her laptop. The sound button was stuck in the side and would not allow the computer to work correctly, it took Russ and Mike just a few minutes to be able to fix this issue.
