Understandably, it's a very small store in the middle of a Pandemic. - Multiple discussions on purchasing their anti-virus software. No thanks! On my last visit, I ended up spending over $400 for a laptop repair. They convinced me to also add a complete diagnostic, which led to advising me to upgrade my HD to a SSD. To be completely fair, I agreed to the additional work. -It's like: I can't be mad at the mechanic for advising me about additional work needed to my vehicle. It's my choice to make the recommended repairs or keep driving my car as-is. I've come to Cooper Systems before when looking for a deal on a new laptop. In the end, I always end up going to a big-box store for new purchases (shame on me!) I consider myself a tech guy. I've even replaced some minor items in laptops (e.g. upgrading RAM.) But Cooper Systems is truly GREAT at computer repairs and building a system for your needs. The issues I listed are minor and I'm sure I will visit Laura again. I recommend that you visit them, too!
