UPDATE 2: Honestly, Yelp is good for one thing, and that is reviewing businesses. Take my advice when I say: stay away from this business. I am now receiving threats to my safety. I have blocked Cellairis from further communication with me, but now I receive messages from what I can only assume are his friends, threatening me. Cellairis business owner also responded to this review by noting that where I live "is a small place", implying that he can find me if he wants. I have filed a report with the Northridge Fashion Center, BBB, and now will be filing a report with the Los Angeles Police department located on Devonshire. Threatening people is not a joke. UPDATE: Apparently this business owner does not understand how Yelp operates. 22 days later he is now sending me threatening messages telling me to "stop by his kiosk". Seriously people, no need to give thugs like this our business. Stay away. He has been reported to yelp. Photo is attached. I recommend you STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, read: On yelp, when you want to message a business directly sometimes it will ask you a series of questions. Then send off those questions and answers to the owner of the business. A couple weeks ago I inquired with several cell phone repair services around the valley regarding their prices for an iPhone 8 Plus screen replacement, including Cellairis. Today, almost an edited two weeks later Cellairis responds with a single "?". Wow, super professional guys. I mean seriously what are you 12 years old? Here's a transcript of our conversation, read it and ask yourself if you really want to conduct business with a person with this level of intelligence. Imagine if it came down to disputing an issue with a service he provided and he responds with this type of b.s.? Me: What kind of response is a "?" From the owner of a "business". Cellairis: What kind a hacker are you Me: Lol Cellairis: I seen your message in a different account Me: That message was sent by yelp. Cellairis: Same thing stop playing games and have time for this Me: Yelp asks users for questions Me: Automatically sends that email to the businesses after a series of questions . Are you daft? Hahaha Cellairis: But thanks for helping me on my response time Me: Read buddy read more

IFixit Now Onsite Service - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me

I came her to fix my 7+ cracked screen. After it was fixed, I noticed the screen was considerably dimmer than before. I went back to the store to ask the girl and she said it's because it's a refurbished screen, it is not the original. Why she didn't tell me this prior? I would have gone to the Apple store and paid more for a screen with the correct coloring. Another huge issue is that the screen does not type the correct letters. It also clicks things when I'm trying to scroll. For instance, it will like peoples Instagram photos when I'm only trying to scroll through the feed. It is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money. DO NOT come here. You will end up being frustrated and spending more to get a new one because this is a nightmare. I should have kept my cracked screen over this piece of crap. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT COME HERE. read more

Can i give 0 stars? Bought my daughter a rechargeable case for her new iphone 6s. The phone won't come out the case, the case overheats when charging, stopped charging the phone. We only bought this 5 days ago. They say they won't help because the phone case appears used. Well duh, the case is white and overheats so the pink from the phone comes off onto the case. They are located right outside Starbucks, near the t-mobile kiosk. Don't do business here. They will not be getting any more business from me nor anyone I know. Horrible customer service, wish i had read the 1 review prior t i my purchase. Apparently they own the one next door as well. Oh,after 10 minutes and a tool, they got the phone out the case. Oh because I'm writing my review he wants to call security on me. He tells them she's writing a review so I'm not helping her. Lol, they are a joke. read more

These guys really know their stuff! I brought my iPhone 6 in. The flash light wasn't working as well as my cameras flash and the switch on the side of my phone where you switch it from vibrate to ring broke and it was stuck on vibrate. I honestly thought it was damaged beyond repair. I brought it in and with 3 hours my phone was as good as new! It was way cheaper than buying a new phone and even cheaper than paying $150 to Ausrion to send me a refurbished phone. These guys are truly gifted! read more

Great service by Santiago! Best prices around also after calling 10 locations No one can beat there customer service and repair service Only took 20mins to fix read more

Vinay and Santiago are amazing! They both worked on my iPhone 6s and it's like brand new! I went to the gym and someone dropped water in the water holder and I placed my phone in it. The screen took a poop and I could see water in the camera. They were able to do water treatment on it and then they replaced the screen with a new one because it was the only other thing that was damaged. I also got a sweet deal on a screen protector! I saved myself 50 bucks by coming to them vs going to pay my deductible at Verizon! Thanks gentlemen y'all saved my hurting pocket book! They work pretty darn fast for all they have to do to the phones and how busy they are! I definitely recommend this place! Great customer service! I hope my phone doesn't take a shit on me again but if it does you know you'll find me here! read more

Got my phone repaired and got an excellent deal. They charge 115 for an iPhone 6s regular size which is the cheapest I got in the valley. They also add in some stuff to get more for your buck. He looks out for you and gives you the most authentic service, he promised me a temperament glass for my iPhone once I came back and he stayed true to his word. They are honest people and do not charge you if he cannot fix your problem. read more

(Writing this for the kiosk) so I took my iPhone 7 Plus to the downstairs kiosk to get the screen fixed because I've been to the Cellairis upstairs 5 times and each time it's been good. This time the phone looked good cosmetically but internally it was messed up now. The phone would screen would freeze up every other minute and I had to power off the phone to fix it. I ended taking the phone back to get fixed with them and they said they'd fix it. A day later the phone started messing up again. This time irritated I took the phone back and told them I can't keep coming back for this so I paid an extra 40 dollars to get the "original Apple screen" and now the phone screen is buggy and I can't use it for minutes at a time. I don't know what I'm going to do because to my despair they kept the receipt last time I was there. read more

I would not go here again regardless of how inexpensive it is . They never told me thy were putting an after market screen cover instead of an original screen . My screen cracked after 12 hours . Never dropped it. No slamming slamming on table . It had a warranty and I returned and they wanted to charge me the same . That is when I learned they placed an after market screen after overhearing them tell a customer costs . They said my screen cracked due to it being in my pants pocket. Never again . read more

These guys are money grabbers. They sold me a defective iPad cover. And then didn't give me a receipt even though I asked for one. The guy said to bring it back for any problems. So I did. I brought it back for repair or exchange and all of their covers have same problem. Don't close properly don't fit right. Of course they already got my money so I'm screwed. I've reported them to Northridge Mall Management. read more

I stopped by this kiosk in the Northridge mall to purchase a phone wallet. They had a nice selection. I also purchased a cell phone screen protector made from tempered glass. The person installing the glass had a very high work ethic. On the first try, there was a tiny bubble. He wasn't satisfied with it so he removed the first glass and installed a second glass and it came out perfectly. Not too many businesses would replace the glass for free, just to give the customer excellent service. read more

I called multiple places who were charging $90 just for a diagnosis and I had to leave the phone for 24 hrs. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Amazing. read more

The guy gave me a price and I asked if if he can lower it which he did and I was happy. I gave him the phone but then I felt weird or "iffy" like something wasn't right so I came back up to get my phone and he refused to give it to me even though they hadn't started fixing my screen and it had literally taken me one minute to go down an and back up. Then he gave my phone to this guy who took my phone to the mall's "back stage"area (like where customers aren't suppose to go through) and that was really really weird. He then called someone on the phone and kept looking at me like as if he was talking about me or my phone but I can't say for sure. He told me it would take 15 minutes.... it took 45 minutes. I got my phone back paid the suspicious man and walked away. First my phone looked discolored but I just thought you get what you pay for but then my phone lagged, like sometimes the touch screen display wouldn't acknowledge me touching it but after messing with it, it would go back to normal. Then three days later I LIGHTLY dropped my phone and it cracked really really bad and as an iPhone user for the last 8 years I've never had my phone crack so easily and I drop my phone a lot. THHHEEENNNNN today OUT OF NOWHERE my phone now completely doesn't react to touch. The side buttons work fine, Siri and "Hey Siri" work fine but anything having to do with touching the screen, DOES NOT WORK! I am LIVID! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! They're cheap but so is the quality! read more

I usually don't write reviews, but this place definitely deserves people's attention. Long story short, I came into their kiosk to purchase an iPhone X cover. An employee by the name of Venkat produced an IPhone 8 cover told me the cover would fit the IPhone X. He then told me if there were any issues with the fitting I could come back and return the product. Lo and behold, the cover did not fit. I came back to get a refund back, and the owner apparent (Hossan) looks at me bemused and tells me he does not allow refunds even after telling him what his employee promised. To my disbelief, he even told my wife to "shut up" during our discourse. This will definitely be reported to mall management. read more
