Thank you Tan for helping with me with my iPhone 6s plus battery! You are professional, polite, efficient and have excellent prices! I'll be sure to refer you in the future, and back for all my electronic needs. Celia.

Came in yesterday to get my phone fixed and the service was great! Only took 30 mins to repair and he also diagnosed my defective camera and fixed that as well in about 5 mins! Great prices as well! They also fix electronics such as laptops, and they also sale used electronics for good prices! They also practice social distancing during covid and supplied sanitizer and water to customers during the visit, they also have seating to sit down and wait.

My iPhone 7 screen cracked :(

Brought in my broken PS3, and they fixed it in less time than anticipated (and saved the game stuck in it). I'd highly recommend this shop.

Everything I need is on my phone. My phone was repaired within the advised time and I was so grateful. Saved $1000+ because I did not need to purchase a new phone. I highly recommend for phone repairs. He even gave me a case but I ready had a few. His was a bit more heavy duty. Thanks, Dillon (I hope I spelled your name correctly. Apologies if I didn't).

I used the Yelp service quote feature to get a quote to repair my broken headphones from various…read morebusinesses in the area. Fix My Gadget responded with a quote to repair my headphones for a flat $35. When I went to the location on 11/27 to drop off my headphones, the young guy took the headphones and charged me $35 for the repair and gave no indication of when they would be fixed just that they would call us. Later that evening I received a text message that they found the issue, parts will be ordered, and the headphones will be ready for pickup in a week . There was no communication of the cost of these parts, that they were in addition to the $35 I had already paid, or confirming if I wanted to continue with the repair knowing the new cost. They just ordered the parts and assumed I would pay for them. One week later, on 12/5 I hadn't heard from Fix My Gadget, so I texted. I got a response that the parts were arriving on 12/6 and by 12/7 the repair would be done. On 12/7 I hadn't heard back...again, so I texted. Fix My Gadget responded saying the parts will be delivered on 12/14. Another week later, on 12/14, I hadn't heard bak, so I texted....again. I got a response that the headphones were ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I tested the headphones and everything worked great. I'm guessing these were different headphones altogether, because they wouldn't pair with the devices they were previously paired with at originally. In addition, Fix My Gadget charged me an addition $62 for "parts" which they never communicated or confirmed I was willing to pay. Come to find out, the $35 I originally paid was a nonrefundable deposit as the person at the business explained to us their process, but it was the first time we heard it. Overall I paid almost $100 for my repairs that I was not expecting. The communication was most likely broken down due to the multiple ways we contacted the business where each representative probably assumed our first point of contact explained things, but we were unhappy with the information we got during the entire process. We were happy that Fix My Gadget was able to fix my headphones in the end. I think anyone who uses their services will need to ask more questions than we did and the experience will be better.

Get It Fixed saved my beloved iPhone. I'm a die hard otter box phone case user. I drop my iPhone…read moreall of the time and time after time, thanks to my otter box, my phone survives. Well, my luck ran out and I dropped my iPhone in the dreaded face down landing. I picked it up all nonchalant and was shocked to find that my screen had shattered. I tried to live with a shattered screen but I felt so shoddy and unbecoming with a shattered screen. I went to the Apple store in the mall where they determined my Apple care had expired and it would cost $169 to replace my screen. One-sixty-nine. I smiled and politely said bye-bye. I ran to yelp with my arms wide open and found Get It Fixed. If you don't know it's there, you will miss it. It's above Enterprise rent a car on the corner or Folsom & 65th Streets. There's ample parking and the store is extremely clean. Like, meticulously clean. The decor is super cute, very modern and Swedish. I got there at 5:45 PM, showed them my phone and was quoted $69 for a new screen. I asked if the screen was aftermarket or OEM. They expressed that it was aftermarket but could check their inventory for an OEM screen. They had an OEM screen for an additional $20. I went with the OEM screen, I felt I owed it to my poor phone after being so careless. I had no idea they close at 6 PM, but they fixed it right away and I was out the door with my new old phone. It's been a few days and everything is working fine as far as I can tell. They give a 90 day warranty. They also gave me a free screen protector for checking-in on yelp. I totally recommend Get It Fixed for location, parking, customer service, availability & efficiency. I'm not sure how they compare in price to other phone repair shops as I don't time to be shopping around but after paying $700-800 for a phone, you really just want a place that will do it right and take care of you and that's just what they did.
