I provided a card to reserve my appointment. I was informed after the service that this type of card was not accepted. Great service sometimes takes a couple tries. The issue is not that mistakes were made but how they were resolved. My appointmant began 90 minutes after the mistaken appointment. I got fluids so I'm happy! Sunia took the time to verify what my comfort and pain points were. I didn't just get a cold bag. I'm cheerful and hydrated! My card was not the right type. No problem. One of the doctors told me I "really wasn't going to feel anything" with the smallest (least expensive) IV bag and not to expect much. When the first bag was finished, one of the doctors walked over and switched the bag without saying anything - no hello, explaining it was finished, she was now switching over, etc.. No one even said bye after I was done! The whole experience was really disappointing especially seeing how chatty everyone else was with all of the other clients there (who went along with their suggestions and upgraded and added services). The facilities themselves are clean and modern, and it's a shame they were all completely unaware of the difference in treatment.

Unfortunately, this was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with anyone drawing blood or setting up an IV drip (hospital visits included). Though fairly polite, Rita stuck me 7 times, each time pushing saline before the IV was properly set. She created large, painful bibles beneath my skin, each time pushing so hard that I was physically screaming in pain. Additionally, Rita would not let my boyfriend into the room with me during the procedure and refused to listen to him when he asked pertinent questions.  After screaming in pain 7 times, Rita simply gave up and said that I was too sick to have an IV and that she would be charging me for the visit despite me not receiving any treatment at all and injuring my wrist and hand so much that I required a split to mobilize the area. (see bruises in pictures below) Please do not use this service if you have any medical issues.

Especially as it "seemed" more affordable than in person. $399 However, I must vehemently urge others to AVOID DRIP, if you need ketamine therapy. My experience started with Nick my online customer service guy. He was nice and fast to collect the $399 fee for my consultation. However the link they sent me to book my appointment led to a full calendar with no appointments available. It took several emails before I heard back from Nick. Eventually I got an appointment. The "doctor " was a young nurse ( not a doctor) that took my video call on a busy NY street. Very unprofessional. She was nice enough. But I was starting to feel very suspicious. The pharmacy that processes the order takes up to 2 weeks to complete the order. So if you hoped for expedited service you can forget that. Today at 6:34 pm my package arrived. As soon as I opened it I knew something was WAY WRONG! I wish I could post an image of these pills. They are NOT the lozenges I was told I was getting. The dose is wrong. They are a lower dose than discussed with the "doctor." The pills are chalky like ecstasy pills from a nightclub. They are thick as a double stack and shed dust like crazy. The bottle was coated in dust. They even have a weird stamp of a triangle, instead of a normal script identification. So who actually knows what these are???!!! But more troubling than all this, is the fact it was shorted by FIVE DOSES!!!! Yes, the pharmacy clearly palmed a fourth of the entire prescription!!!!!! I immediately took pictures and tried calling. I'm still on hold 28 minutes later. I emailed as well. I know that I won't get any human being to answer the call. Nor will a response to my email come today. Please avoid. Do not trust any company that operates in this fashion.
