It's one of those places where you go when you just want to get a facial without needing anything fancy. Would I go back? I'm not sure -- mostly because I no longer live in the area. As you're waiting on your mask, for example, Joanne will give you these great head and neck massages. Other places I've been to will just leave you alone when your mask is setting. But Joanne is constantly by your side. The reason why I took away one star is that I didn't feel like she did a completely thorough job of clearing my blackheads. But then again, the blackhead-clearing process is so painful....maybe I shouldn't be complaining after all. ;) Joanne will do a good basic job of clearing out your skin though. The facial was $80 but like the other reviewer mentioned there is a deal on all facials by buying a package. I will definitely get a package the next time saving a total of $50 (or $10 each visit) and treating my skin better. Betty is the owner and is very invested in her business.
