Mike was exceptionally kind and helpful in the entire process of repairing my shattered iPhone 6S screen. The repair took only 20 minutes and Mike explained and demonstrated in thorough detail what he was trouble shooting along the way. There's even a waiting room TV displaying a direct view over Mike's work desk so that you can watch the repair being done live. There's a 90 day warranty after their repairs. I've had the same phone for like 2-3 years with no case (foolish I know), and drop it frequently because I'm clumsy. Finally, after years of no damage, the screen had had enough - it cracked and stopped working, so I took it in to get it replaced. Everything was fine, price was reasonable, phone was functional when I took it home - but 2 days later the phone fell from a height of about 1 foot and, even with no visible damage, the screen completely stopped working again. iDenver Repairs took no responsibility for this, admittedly a grey area (just bad luck? idk), so I got the screen fixed again at a different shop and have had no problems in the months since (despite, of course, dropping it several more times). I finally broke my iPhone face. Yelp led me to these guys in a 70's medical park off Evans and I-25. They gave me a Yelp discount to $65 for my 4 yr. old iPhone 4 glass and also let me dig through a box of FREE new but outdated cases they had laying around. One for mine and one for my wife's phone! FREE! My old case wore out, then the breakage happened. Dig? So, I figure I saved the money for the cases and got a new screen without having to wait to order a kit online. EXCELLENT Customer service provided by JOSH. Not only that, this guy had the knowledge that two other places didn't. One of which includes Apple itself. I kind of feel stupid for choosing them as my third choice. They should have definitely been my first stop. Never again will I use another service for my iPhone repair. It can get pretty pricey when you have your kids, yourself, and your husband on the same type of phones. But they give me peace of mind now that I know these guys are able to repair our phones and save us some money from having to buy new phones. I rather spend my money on repairs. TL;DR: Don't look any further.. go here and you won't be disappointed! I HIGHLY recommend this place. Mike does excellent work! Not only that, he is a standup and down-to-earth guy. I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area and have definitely heard of friends getting scammed to do more work on their phone than what's needed -- you don't have to worry about that here. The prices are very competitive for high quality work. I checked all the places in the area and they were charging at least 10% more than here. The screen on my Galaxy S4 was cracked from dropping it on a rock. I first looked into repairing it myself and determined from the YouTube videos that it was a time-consuming process that requires experience to do well. So, I decided to call Mike to get an estimate and ask him details about the repair; he made sure to answer all of my questions. I dropped off my phone the next morning and got a call from Mike two hours later (as he had promised!) saying my phone was ready. The phone looks newer than before I had dropped my phone. He also added tempered glass to my phone for free and gave me a discount for paying cash! A repair can't get any better than this! read more

I brought my old iPhone into these folks thinking that I would need to replace the charging dock and also had battery issues. I spoke to Levi on the phone and then came in and met Yaakov. He told me that I didn't need to replace the charging dock, and then cleaned it out for me at no charge. First good thing, they were honest. He could have easily done the repair I didn't need and charged me for it. Replaced the battery for $40, which was much cheaper than I'd been been quoted from other places.I highly recommend them for their knowledge, skill and honesty. read more
