Key was great and helped me out with my finger prints fairly quickly. Great experience!

Showed up at the Needham, Massachusetts 'pop-up' location TWICE, both times to be told the equipment is down, and to make an appointment for another day. I was told by the worker there that 'Since you were sent away 2 weeks ago, it has worked every other day!' So, maybe lightning strikes twice? I received a robo call canceling the appointment, 15 minutes AFTER appointment time, after I already drove 20 minutes to get there - so, spent 40 minutes in my car TWICE, only to not yet have fingerprints done. A huge waste of time, and fingers crossed the equipment works the THIRD time I go....Editing this review, my THIRD appointment at this location was canceled due to a 'schedule change' for the location. So, three times now. Praying another location tomorrow does not fall through. This seems like a horrible operation. read more

We greeted the one person that was working there saying I don't know why there are this many people here after I canceled all those appointments. There were 10 people waiting and only one employee working, she also said there were 3 people that called out because they don't like to work. The one employee was doing her best but just seemed over worked read more

Go anywhere else in SC to get your fingerprints except for this place. This is the SECOND time I tried to get fingerprinted, and something has happened each time. The first time I had an appointment scheduled, I drove an hour up there, the woman sitting at the front desk was on her personal cellphone when I walked in, she told the person she was talking to that she would call them back and then greeted me and asked how she could help, I told her that I had a scheduled appointment, gave her my name and everything and she told me that I wasn't on the scheduled appointment list. I then showed her a picture of my appointment confirmation, and she told me that it wasn't enough and I should have also received an email from IdentoGo with my appointment confirmation (I did not). So, I drove an hour up there for no reason. What I think it boiled down to is that the woman didn't want to work because she was the only staff that I saw present. There was a lady behind me also waiting to be fingerprinted and shortly after I left the building she followed, so I wouldn't be surprised if the woman told her the same thing. The second time (today), I got up around 7:30 to get up and ready for my 9:35 appointment, I got a call about 10 minutes before I was fixing to leave the house that my appointment had been cancelled due to IdentoGo being closed unexpectantly (making me think the staff is just too lazy to come in and work so they had to close for the day). I am trying to get these done so I can start a new job and at the rate this is going I'm going to be lucky if I can start before Christmas. This place honestly needs to be shut down; I've only seen 5 good reviews out of 53 and that's just not enough to keep this place open. read more

TERRIBLE. Overall shady operation. This place needs shut down. Completely sloppy business. Have to use them for state nursing license fingerprinting and criminal background check. Drove 40 miles one way for an appointment. Arrived early. Was told my appointment was canceled because all the staff called in and I should have received a call or email. Checked phone and their automated system left me a voice mail less than 15 minutes before my appointment. No assistance rescheduling. At first didn't even provide me the paper with customer service number - it was only as I sat there questioning her. Then she let me know to schedule through customer service because payment needs manually transferred. NO same day appointments at any location. Most nearby locations closed. She said "if you thinks it's hard getting rescheduled it's even harder getting a refund and your payment doesn't automatically transfer so you'll have to pay again if you schedule on line." Their fault they couldn't provide service and absolutely no assistance making things right. I feel sorry for customers who rearranged their day and got this surprise. My next appointment is today at a different location and there's a severe weather warning. Got a feeling it's not gonna happen. read more

Incredibly poor experience, had several appointments cancelled last minute including being told upon arrival that my appointment was cancelled after driving one hr. Staff member was rude and dismissive. read more

Scheduled fingerprinting to be done, drove the 50 minutes for my scheduled time, they cancelled all appointments that day. The "supervisor" decided to cancel all appointments with no communication, so all six of us left with no fingerprinting. No communication was sent out, and we were told "you can check online to figure out why" when asked why they were cancelled. Absolutely do not recommend this place. read more

Very Friendly , quick and easy with the proper documentation thank you Rhett for helping us

Not very friendly staff. Unable to get fingerprints done after multiple visits. Continued to just keep canceling appointments after they have been scheduled. Never could get ahold of them on the phone either. Drove over an hour several times to not even be able to get fingerprints. read more

Horrible! if I could give it zero stars I would. I drove an hour there waited another hour because they were at lunch. Only for the lady to tell me I should have gotten an email, canceling my appointment due to the fingerprint machine is not working. I did not received a call or email until 30 minute into my drive home. Of course you do not have a live customer service rep to speak with. IndentoGo really needs to do better. especially since the are the only ones in the area. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. First there is no person at the counter. Then if you're standing at the counter they take them first and don't bother asking who is waiting. Then when I said we are waiting they raised their voice and said we are suppose to sit down. There were several people that came in after us and were taken in before us. Our appointment was for 10:05 and we were not taken in until 10:48. This was not a pleasant experience. read more

Don't bother making an appointment because it's useless. I book an appointment online and show up just so the lady at the front desk turns me away. She states, "Oh yeah she had me close that service until 11:30." Mind you, my appointment was at 9:30 and had to make quite a drive to get here. Tells me I can come back later though. read more

In and out. My appointment was at 11:30 am, arrived early, was seen early, fingerprints completed. All employees were pleasant, was greeted coming in and leaving. read more

The appointment service was great. But I guess it's easy to let someone sign up when you will be closed for days. Rearrange me schedule to get the needed clearance and show up to see a paper hanging on the outside saying "closed till December 23." No explanation on how to get an appt. Go online to find no appointments anywhere till after the New Year. A few of us sitting in the parking lot. Went to another to see what I could do and the girl just sat there smiling and said, "We only do Monday through Fridays." I explained what happened and she just smiled. What an AWFUL experience. Hopefully I can get these done in time. read more

So glad this place exist and the state of SC allows citizens to use it for CWP processing. I was able to pay online and make an appointment to finalize my permit. In and out in minutes even during this crazy Covid time. I just wish my neighbors up in Charlotte were able to utilize but nope, just us sC folks for now. read more

So I love the place and the young lady was very professional. My only complain is she was wearing a shirt with a racist saying on it and that does not belong in a business environment. I am sure it's fine for a park but it might make some people feel uncomfortable read more

Painfully unprofessional, would give 0 stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived I was told they were not doing fingerprints today. I was told that I should come back tomorrow- but to make sure to schedule an appointment so I won't have to wait- as if I wasn't standing right in front of this person on time and present for an appointment that had been scheduled. Also wondering how fingerprints will suddenly be completed tomorrow but not today?? An equipment error or an "I don't feel like doing this" error? read more

This place is the worst. Avoid at all costs. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 10:30 appointment, but there wasn't anyone at the front to check me in. The lady didn't even leave her cubicle; she just spoke loudly and told me to sit down and someone would be with me shortly. After some time the lady came to the front and checked in about myself and 5 other people who had arrived recently. When I was finally being checked in she asked if I had an appointment. I responded, "Yes, at 10:30". (By this time it was 10:53). She said, "Well you're late". To which I said, "Ma'am I arrived well before my appointment time". She still wrote down that I arrived late. The service is horrible. The wait time is egregious. I wish I could give zero stars. I ended up having to re-schedule my appointment. read more

These girls are trying hard, but as a government office, this place needs a lot of work. For one, their AC doesn't work and it 91 today. Second, their front door doesn't have a working bracket on it and it slams and shakes the building anytime someone comes or goes. Lastly, their computer systems were down while I was there and they had to call IT. I ended up being there about an hour. Please put some money into this facility. read more

If I could leave zero stars or even less, I would. First, the fact that SC agenicies require me to come from NC to SC to get fingerprinted and not having a way to allow persons to do this locally to thier residence, is RIDICULOUS !! NOW, let's talk about IdentoGO. I'm sitting in their facility in 85 plus degree weather and thier AC is out. Then, the door closer on the door is broken so the door slams shut every few minutes from people coming and going. Thirty minutes after my scheduled appointment, I'm called back. ONE person serving 10 plus people waiting. I hope I NEVER have to come here again. read more

They weren't horrible but we're not five stars. My appointment was for 4;30 pm and I was seen at 6:30 PM. I think you need to go in knowing that they are running behind so your expectations are not shattered. In my previous experience at the UPS store for fingerprints I was in and out within 90 seconds so I walked and not knowing what to expect however I think if you know go in knowing to be patient you'll be OK read more

Went to this location in Rock hill this morning for finger prints (5/23/2024) Appointment was for 10:10 and my husbands was for 10:25., everyone thet came in the door they took right back and after an hour of waiting I finally went to the desk and asked the women that works their why they were taking the ones that just came in first , her excuse was that they had an appointment before me, (and they were 30 or 45 mins late) but they had to take them first. No not right.. there was a woman sitting there since 9;00 here appt. was for 9:30 and it is now 10:50 and they still took someone that just came in the door before her. And told me that she would be next. They open at 9:00 ????? I would personally love to have that job, because the people that come in late for an appointment would difinitely be the LAST ones to go back.. Come in at your appt. time or lose it. Not a fair place and the women aren't nice. a rating one 1 star is over rating it. 0 is mine rating for this business read more

Didn't open on time. Watched us while they were having coffee. Opened up and told us nobody could do any state fingerprinting until 10:00. The other employee says she was doing a different job, but nobody there was doing anything other than talking. The janitor was working.... Don't expect this to be done timely. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk lady was rude off of the bat and snippy! Horrible customer service in the whole building. Needs a whole new staffing. Go to any other IdentoGo if possible! read more

Slow, Late and Rude.... This place hit the trifecta for poor customer service! We arrived 10 minutes early and finally met the check in worker about 13 minutes later. She was rude and made no apology or offered no reason for being late. The service was incredibly slow and we left about an hour late compared to what I was told to expect when I originally made our appointments. read more

I would recommend going elsewhere for fingerprinting such as your local PD and doing mail in.

If I could rate lower I would The lost my appointment I sat here for over an hour while they took numerous people after me. When I complained they ignored me and kept moving on with other appointments. Horrible service read more

Avoid at all costs!!! Unless you have unlimited time and patience to put up with their BS. I've now been there 3 times to get a TSA Precheck. Today they told me they were waiting on a part and couldn't do them. I am done. I'll drive a longer distance to avoid this office. read more

It was a painless and quick process for TSA Precheck. I made my reservation online and I was in and out in 10 minutes! read more

IdentoGo - Store front - Security Services Near Me - Rock Hill, South Carolina

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. Front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful and kept telling me I wasn't in the system even when I showed her my confirmation email she asked if I received a second confirmation email? When I told her no she told me she could not assist me. I asked what steps I needed to take and she told me to call customer service. I asked for their phone number and she told me to look it up on my phone. I tried to use my phone and she told me if I was going to use my phone to step off the premises! I got the phone number and spent almost 30 minutes on the phone on hold for them to tell me my appointment was already confirmed and I should be in the system. When I went back inside she did not offer an apology or anything. Only bright side was Chris and Rita. They were apologetic and helpful and got me in right away. read more

Quick fast & a hurry! In & out in less than 10 minutes. Went in for finger prints & a picture like I ran thru a drive thru.

I went here for TSA precheck services. I was in and out within 15 minutes. No troubles. Appt was easy to make online.

We drove over an hour to our scheduled appointment time only to discover that they were closed with no explanation. Waited over 20 minutes and no one ever showed up to open the location. There were 5 other people waiting to get in also. Our appointment was scheduled on the website and confirmed. Wish i could give 0 stars!!! read more

I scheduled a visit three weeks ago because availability is very limited. I show up for my appointment on the scheduled date and the office is closed. After going through many automated responses, I was able to talk with someone in scheduling. The office was closed that day and no one contacted me in advance. While I was there multiple people arrived for appointments. An hour after my scheduled appointment, I received an automated call stating the office was closed. So, I had to attempt to reschedule and the first availability is three weeks from now. I would not recommend this office and would go somewhere else if I could; however, this is where I'm required to go. read more

This place is absolute SH*T. The had a system error never called or emailed and said to come in in the next week and try to get fit into a slot. Here I am someone who made an appointment having watched 11 other people arriving after me enter. Unbelievable if you have another option take it. read more

I had an appt for TSA pre-check evaluation. After a 45 minute drive, I was informed that due to staff shortage, no pre-check appts were being honored that day! I was not offered any re-schedule assistance and no one in the office cared at all. I would never return to the business again. The manager shouted out information from behind her office screen. She didn't even show her face! The receptionist literally flinched when I said I was there for a pre-check appt and looked like a deer in the headlights. It was a terrible experience. When I said that I wouldn't be returning to that office, people in the waiting room cheered! Not a good experience! read more

Wish I could rate a zero! Avoid this place at all costs. Front desk clerk is extremely rude and provides little to know information. I went on a Tuesday and was told the system was down. Returned on Thursday arrived at 3:45. You sit forever before anyone helps you. Explained I had been there Tuesday and program was down. I was told they do not accept walk-ins after 3:30 (this information would have been helpful had I been told on Tuesday). Told I could wait to see if there was a no show. One person did not show and one guy was 30 min late. I was there for over an hour and she said they could not see me every one showed up. Which was a lie. The other worker called a ladies name 3 times. Oh and they move with an urgency of a sloth. Again DO NOT waste your time!! read more

Unfortunately this place is very under staffed and they have a very poor system. They are very unresponsive and there's constant computer issues. I had to go 3 different times to take care of my business and the wait was ridiculous. read more

2 months and still waiting for all my paperwork. The woman who initially provided the service for me, treated me like I was being brought into jail. Hello? I'm a customer and not a something brought in by Law Enforcement. She completely lacks business ethics. The other lady that actually get my fingerprints and performed the FBI background check was very kind. So I'm guessing my finger prints, and background check were tossed to the side because someone had a bad day? I have the completed transaction from my back statement. May 5th $50.00 read more
