However, the staff are ridiculously uneducated. I think in Lake Stevens one can get away with spinning wives' tales. However, with a high school level or beyond knowledge of biology, any patron will know the "LipoMelt" information they are sharing is incorrect. One of the technicians actually said, "Well if you eat a cheese burger or pizza the fat will go right back to where it came from!" The other technician sounds like a chain-smoker and didn't understand any of the "science" behind what she was selling, either. There are healing benefits from red light therapy, but wasting your money here is just that...a waste.

Before I moved to the US, and I was visiting from Canada, I'd pop into this Weight Watchers…read morelocation to do my weigh ins. It's a super convenient location just off of Evergreen Way in Everett, with plenty of parking. I've been to morning weigh ins & meetings only - both during the week and weekend. Since I've moved to the US, I only attend weekend sessions. I absolutely LOVE the staff at this location, and the meeting leaders are great! The lady who does meetings during the week in the mornings is high energy and super interactive. She even does a "happy dance" and song for those who reach little and big milestones each meeting. It's a little mortifying if you don't like attention, but she makes it fun! The lady who leads on the weekend, Jeannie, is also great. She's not as bubbly as the lady during the week, but she's still great. She leads the meeting with great conversation and involves the group. When I used to go in Canada, I found the leader super boring, and I couldn't wait for the meetings to be over. Here, I actually LOOK FORWARD TO my 7:30am meeting on Saturday mornings. In some ways I wish I didn't have to come because it would mean I have everything together and my weight is where I want it to be, but if I am going to go anywhere to improve my lifestyle, this is exactly where I want to be!

As a coach and trainer, I was frustrated with the "walls" we all hit when it comes to getting our behaviors in line with our desires. Hypnosis looked like the key to pass through the door of those walls. I met with her within days and signed up to take the class. She helped me explore the fit, and then helped me feel confident and committed to my new path. It turned out to be so much more important to me than I could have known. You don't just take a class to learn a skill with Erika--you become part of your own healing, part of the 5-Path family, and gain the ability to help others find their best self, too. This experience has changed the course of my life--not by giving me a new path, but by aligning me back to my true self, my own path. My classmates from all over the country traveled the path with me as our knowledge and skills grew, and I thank them all from my heart for sharing their journey with me, too. I received a bill, that I had already paid, two years beyond the service date. I went back and forth with them for quite some time and eventually, they agreed to drop the duplicate bill. However, I don't think I should have to defend myself against payments I've already made. I would expect that the billing department be capable of keeping track of payments if this was a professional establishment. I received another bill on Friday for services from June of last year - well I tell you what, I've never received a bill for these services until now, and they had the nerve to charge me a late fee. It makes me wonder if they are really doing so poorly that they have to send bills years late to cash out on late fees? Do they need the extra $10 that desperately? I have requested a copy of the invoice number and date of the last invoice sent to me and we will see what they say. Overall, the service I received at the old location was good. The new location, I was disappointed, My bill says that I am no longer welcome back, for not paying the bill, that they didn't send me until a full year had passed. Unbelievable. RUN!
