Agnes is really quick and thorough with her extractions, which I appreciate because that's usually the main reason I go in. She does a really good job completely cleaning out my pores without leaving me with scarring, and I've noticed I'm not getting the same pimples coming right back afterward. I've been seeing her about once a week lately while we work on getting my skin under control, and I can already see a big difference. Once my skin stabilizes, I'll probably start spacing out my appointments more. The environment is also really relaxing, warm, and inviting. Agnes and her assistant are both professional and make you feel comfortable. One thing I really love is that she doesn't rush you out at the end. Sometimes while I have my face mask on, she'll let me rest or sleep a little longer, which is such a nice touch because I'm usually so relaxed by that point. My skin has definitely improved since coming here, especially with the oiliness and clogged pores. My friend and I used to go to a threading place in Walnut for the past year, but because this salon opened up earlier this year, we decided to give it a try. Besides being really close to home, this salon has everything we could want! Not only is B really friendly, she also takes very good care of her customers with finesse and gentleness. This is always my favorite threading place, but today I met with Deepali. She was nice and professional. While billing I made a mistake because I had a long day. I didn't even notice but She caught my mistake. I tipped her way more than my service charge. She could keep that but she was so honest. Finally a threading place in the area! I loved this place. The owner is really nice and really tries her best to make sure you come out with really nice eyebrows. I have a scar in my eyebrow so its hard to shape it but she did a really nice job and made it easy for me to fill them in. Highly recommend this place and i'll definitely come back! read more

They didn't disclosed that the lash artist was new, the other lash lady was assisting her the whole time. I tried to reach out and no resolution or refund was given. Also my lashes started falling and I could see the lash clusters mixed in with alot of my natural lashes. Response to owners claims: Thank you for your response. I did reach out regarding the discomfort and outcome and did not receive a timely follow up. Due to the condition of my lashes and ongoing discomfort, I chose to have them professionally removed to avoid further damage. My priority was my eye health. I also feel that my concerns were not fully acknowledged or taken accountability for. During my appointment, the lash artist required assistance throughout the service, which raised concerns about their level of experience. I also want to clarify that my concerns are based on my direct experience, including visible damage and discomfort that led me to seek professional removal.
