Another wasted hour. There were then supposed to send out yet another technician to fix the problem, but then they called me at the 11th hour to tell me that he would not be coming because the bottom line was, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ANYONE CAPABLE OF FIXING IT -- the complete opposite of what they told me when I first called them. So, I lost the ability to get someone else in here who actually knows what they are doing. It was a complete circus. I tried this myself in the past but as a senior citizen it was a nightmare. Not only did Gen Tech have it up and running in less than an hour they also checked my older lap top for any malware.
