***BEWARE*** This location as well as the Jacksonville and Ponte Avesta lactations are FRANCHISE locations. You cannot receive help from corporate with issues you will have!! Per the person who answer the phone for all 3 locations the owner does not take phone calls or emails, I've given them 3 days to get back to me and yet I still have not received a call when I was told I would be called Friday and Saturday. I've paid $6,000k for services of laser hair removal and when I expressed my disappointment in the results after 9 sessions I was met with aggression. I wish I would have searched the BBB before paying my money. this company has had over 2k reports filed in the last year! And has a 1 out if 5 stars with the Better Business Bureau. They do not list pricing b/c it is absolutely absurd at what they charge with poor quality results! Since Friday I have had so many ppl reach out to me with there dissatisfaction in this company and the BBB complaints back that. They have disabled comments on they main Facebook profile and deleted most of the comments of ppl experiencing their disappointment in the company. There slogan is "Real People, Real Results" but they are hiding the people who have actually paid for service and had real experiences! I still have 6 sessions to go! And Friday they person who did my sessions did my bikini, my jawline, and my armpits all on the same setting which is ridiculous. They are months apart in growth stages. There is absolutely NO REASON WHY my bikini which is has had 9 sessions should be on the same setting as my armpits which are on session 3! But the girl who did the session was so unprofessional with her attitude she did what she wanted to do which was wrong! She also tried the charge me $120 for a touch up of my bikin In which my contacts states is FREE!! It's been 8weeks since my 9th session and I was full of HAIR! And per their representative on Facebook they don't consider it "Laser hair Removal" but "Laser Hair Reduction". Those are 2 completely different things! With 2 completely different meanings. My contract says removal but yet they don't consider it that! Well be honest with people an TELL THEM THE TRUTH! For $6,000k there is no reason I should be full of hair after 8 weeks. I spoke with a Nurse Practitioner who use to work with this company and she said she had to quit b/c of the lies that they were telling people! The unprofessional ppl in the office who have decided not to reach out to me to discuss my issues is absolute unacceptable! I AM A REAL PERSON WITH REAL EXPERIENCE FORM IDEAL IMAGE! So I been coming to Ideal Image sense 2015. I started at the Orange Park location then to the Town Center now finally their new location in St Augustine. Wow its so nice at their new location in St Augustine and the staff, they are all AMAZING. Always nice, helpful and the best thing the same ones came to the new location so i feel like my family is here with me during my journey. I have had cool sculpting and laser treatments. Had a great experience and will be back for more. The girls who work here are very professional and desecrate. I was always comfortable during treatment. They checked I frequently if I needed breaks for a numbing cream. It is a pretty penny so cost is definitely somethig to as about. However, that have great deals going on all of the time. The facility itself is very clean and beautiful. I thought abouut going other places in town but with my skin pigment and type of hair I was happy to finally find a place that wouldn't scar. She always explains the type of laser being used on my skin and the precautions I should take post-treatment. I never did get back to the people actually performing the actual services. I heard they are amazing. The lady that meets you at the front door wanted me to fill out all of my medical information and give it to her. I explained that I hadn't actually decided to go with them. She then asked me for my email. I am retired and I don't check email much any longer. She said not to worry that I could fill out the paperwork the old fashion way. I told her again that I was not comfortable giving her my medical history because I wasn't sure that I was going to use their services. She said she wasn't used to dealing with someone with my personality. That I need to learn how to apologize and that in the 10 years that she has done this no one has spoken to her in that manner. Seriously? What manner? So, I told her if the way I spoke to her offended her then she and that company was not who I wanted to do business with and I left. I was ready to use most of their services (I'm getting in THOSE years), but I do believe there are other companies that want my money a little bit more than they do, and they will certainly get it.
