BUYER BEWARE..... Overall Review for my 3-4 years and $3000-$4000 of business with these people! The reviews don't lie. I have posted good reviews about this place so that none of u are thinking that I'm trying to bash this place. The reviews can be looked at on Google Reviews. U can also reach out to me at everybodylovesdaija@gmail.com if u need proof of appt dates regarding my testimony down below. I called this morning and spoke to the operator at the Chandler location. Her name is Megan. I explained to her that I wanted to come in to finish up my final treatment. She pulled up my account and said that my treatment had expired because the contract ended in August of 2020 for this particular area. I told her that my final treatment had been scheduled even after August because we are currently in the middle of a pandemic. She said unfortunately the appt was made before the contract ended and that the rescheduled dates were null and void, not in her exact words. I said to her that I had paid a few thousand dollars over the last few years and asked if they were willing to override that decision because of the pandemic that we're in and she said I would have to pay $75. Wtf happened to customer service and customer value. This was an opportunity to invite me back to give me my last treatment and to try and upsell me on services considering businesses are down in sales in the entire country with the exception of grocery stores and fast food joints. I say to u future customers that are looking for laser treatment. Take ur money and run. Go through Groupon because I just checked prices and made an appt with Phoenix Laser & Rejuvenation. U can get 8 treatments in a small area for a low $89. There are other places with likeminded deals. Like I said, we are in the middle of a pandemic and businesses are down. Megan could use a refresher course in business, customer value, and customer service. Update: I got a call from Ideal Image to reschedule my last treatment. I can't remember her name but she was empathetic to my situation with Megan. Although it should never get to this point. She didn't have to clean up her mess. I still stand by my statement about Megan receiving training. This was a waste of mine and the customer service woman's time. Thank u ideal image for this woman who helped me read more

The worst! A $1000 chin only laser removal is ridiculous! They would only laser the actual chin area, not the semi circle under it. they had horrible customer service. Everyone was in a rush and giving a good customer experience was not their focus. read more

I prepaid for my filler (my mistake) and unfortunately was not able to receive it for medical reasons. The staff at Ideal Image promised me that I would be able to transfer my filler credits to purchase skincare instead, and I called them 5 times over the course of 2 years to check in when they would be getting this skincare in stock. They never reached out to me. Complete waste of money and time. Please do NOT support this scammy business. AVOID!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! SCAM!!! SCAM! SCAM! After being blown up by the inside sales team to come in for one of their specials I caved and decided to go. I explained that I just had my nose done a week ago and I would check with my surgeon to ensure that I am fine to get the botox. So immediately I call my surgeon and he is able to see me that day, he exams my nose and informs me that I am 100% fine to get botox. Which excites me as it has been sometime since I had my last botox. So as I am on the way to my appointment I get a call from Ideal Image. They notify me that they are unable to do my botox due to their doctor wanting me to wait 6 weeks. From that point I explained that I was already given the green light by the surgeon who did my nose. Additionally I let them know I was only getting botox in my forehead at this time. I also let them know that if I had not mentioned to them they wouldn't even notice that I had my nose done a week ago. As I have no swelling or bruising. I explained if they needed a note I can obtain it. They informed me that no one in their office would authorize it. It's very callous that at the last minute you are going to deny me a service after my own surgeon has given me authorization to do so. DO BETTER!!!!!! read more

Ideal Image Chandler - This me as of 10/9/2024, As stated you can't even tell I had my nose done. - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Horrible experience all around! The high pressure selling to the poor customer service. The receptionist was rude and barely acknowledged me and the tech was dismissive, inexperienced and was in a rush. I couldn't wait to get out of there! I should have just left! Do not sign ANYthing- they have you sign for a service and then keep billing you! Their billing department states that it is "a contact" and try to send you to collections! I thought I was getting a "deal" -instead I was angry by the time I left! Then I kept getting billed on a monthly basis and had "thugs" calling me to collect money on a service I never received and never asked for. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and won the dispute- but am still getting harassing calls. The had a "contract" that was signed electronically- it was NOT signed by me! When I tried to speak with the management, they kept saying "it's a contract- you have to pay". CRAZY. I would NEVER go back for ANY type of treatment! With SO many fabulous places to go- steer clear of Ideal Image! read more

Whoever gave me the tour when I was in the beginning of the process, they had told me I would get results after the third treatment. After treatments of up to 3 sessions, I paid a whole $1.4k but had absolutely no results. Contacting them back about this issue they had told me that we could figure something out. I felt a bit relieved right, but I brought up my concern more than two times. The manager specifically came to talk to me. We ended up deciding that she would call me back. AND GUESS WHAT... never heard from them again. At this location, I do not, DO NOT, recommend this place or its services! I am very disappointed that I trusted and invested my money for no results and especially no help. read more

Do not recommend!! Did one service was in horrible pain and swollen for weeks when the side effects finally were off pain wise, I was numb for weeks and had zero results. I was told over the phone when I purchased the service that if I didn't need a second treatment or didn't like it I could get a refund for the second treatment. I called tried to get a refund was denied told that I could transfer my money to other services. I have attempted to do that for eight months now with no success and getting a callback doesn't happen Still fighting to get a refund on the second treatment. read more

BUYER BEWARE TLDR - sales consultant lied about timeline of expected results I had a virtual zoom consultation for cool sculpting on my chin. It was to remove the fat under my chin before my wedding. We went over timeline and with my wedding only being a little over two month away, she wanted to get me in right away. She was able to get me an appointment two weeks out but I needed to drive to a further location. I was told I'd see a 25% reduction before my wedding. I checked in the day of my appointment and the nurse went over expectations for the procedure and also expected results. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She informed me that I would not see results for 90 days. I told her about my consultation and that I was told I would see 25% reduction. She did give me the choice of going through with the procedure or putting in a request for refund. I've put in the request and will have to wait 3-5 days before i will learn if it's accepted. I had to take time off work and drive two hours out of my way to find out I had been lied to. Super disappointing and would not recommend Ideal Image. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would! I've been a client since 2018. Originally in Washington state and they were ALWAYS so good to me. They explained my contracts, procedures and were quick to answer all my questions. I moved to Chandler Ideal Image location in August of 2020. Since then the customer service I've received has been terrible. There's a reason they have a 2.5 rating. Due to Covid and WA state being shut down longer than Arizona I could not call to transfer my contracts until they had opened back up. Not a problem! I get it. Since August of 2020 I've asked the manager Megan Bockbrader to call me. Every two months after my treatment I asked her to call me so I could understand my contracts, she didn't call until November 2021 and she only called because I refused to pay for services until she did. I had 7 treatments in between that time and asked her to call at each of them. Here's the kicker! My issue still isn't resolved and she has yet to apologize for not calling me back for over a year. I work in customer service. This isn't how it's done! To make matters worse at my last appointment I asked their customer relations manager to call me and she didn't either. Her name is Abagale Zinkl. So two for two on no callbacks! There are so many other places you can get these same services done in Phoenix. Go somewhere else! read more

Prior to the pandemic I signed up for laser hair removal for several areas and was contracted to get at least 9 treatments in before the 16-month contract expires, which is reasonable. Obviously during the shut down I could not get treated and that is understandable. Since reopening, they never extended my contract from the shut down, I had them consistently cancel appointments which as a result my appointments kepted getting pushed out until my contract expired. One associate told me to schedule the rest of my appointments until the end of the year to get to 9 treatments promised, which we did. Showed up today and they cannot treat me unless I pay them because my contract is expired. For those who have had these treatments know it is an expensive and time consuming investment. To pay several thousand dollars for a service that should have been completed by now is frustrating. I feel when they cancel appointments is another way to get more money out of the client's. I have heard several explanations about how these contracts work and each one of the responses are not even consistent. So you feel like you are being fed a line of bullshit as they pass the buck. I have been told multiple times a manager will follow up with me regarding the issues but never once heard from one. I am always told, I will have a manager call you in 3 to 5 business days as a final go fuck yourself from Ideal Image. This company has no issues in taking your money and agreeing to services in a contract in which they don't have the resources to fulfill. But don't worry, all payments are nonrefundable and you will not get the results they so proudly promised. Buyer beware. read more

I would hope their employees who actually do services are better than their front line staff. OMG haven't seen this type of inability to get basic things done in many years. P.S... Do NOT ever buy services as a gift. They are clueless as to how to handle something so trivial then fumble along trying to set up a basic account. Trying to get a hold of a manager even going in person is like finding the Leprechaun at the end of a rainbow. read more

I called and scheduled a touchup appointment. They looked at my last appointment and scheduled me. when I got there, They said I couldn't do the touchup because they have a 14 day policy and I was a couple days shy of it. They still took me back into the office, even though they couldn't do the touchup. I'm not sure if they just can't count and don't know their own policies or want you to come in to try to upsell you on something else. They also wanted me to redo my medical information that I had literally just done the two weeks prior And didn't realize it. Regardless they're very disorganized and unprofessional. They don't know what they're doing. read more

Just got Botox. Obviously need to wait a few to see final results but I'm giving 5 stars for customer service. When I spoke to the general call number to set the apt up, the lady told me my apt was consultation and apt to get it done. That was not correct. Do not use them!!! I haven't even had 1 appointment and they already charged me almost $4000. They say you pay even if you don't use the services. DO NOT GO TO Ideal Image Chandler! It's a SCAM!! My wife received a consultation- they never schedule an appointment. Months later received a bill for treatment she never had done PLUS interest. BEWARE!!! Please do not go to them!!! IAwful experience through ideal image! I just could not be more disappointed with everything. I got a consultation for a procedure and was excited to get done. During my consultation I gave my availability and was told I would get something in the time frames I gave. Later I received confirmation for a day and time I clearly said did not work so I cancelled the appointment. I was then rescheduled for another time that was outside of the time I was available. Since I applied and was approved through Ally for funding for this I am now stuck paying $1,700 for a procedure I can not get! I attempted to call for help to only be told they can not refund me for a procedure I can not get! Thanks for nothing as now I have to fight all of this! read more

One of the worst experiences EVER. DO NOT GO Don't waste your time. Polite - disorganized - intrusive - cannot keep appointments. The worst experience ever!! The lady, (new employee) whom I spoke with at my consultation, told me that she would send a specialist in to look at my areas in which I wanted treated but, it became awkward after she went into her sales pitch prior to sending the specialist in. When I asked about the specialist coming the employee stated that, she no longer needed to send in the specialist because she'd seen my areas in which I wanted treated. I never showed her my under arms and only told her that I had shaved them already prior to coming to the consultation, since I kept them hairless by shaving. I had a long sleeved blouse on, therefore, she had no access. She was extremely weird! I left as fast as I could since she left me uneasy! There were no follow up calls nor did she seem interested in my becoming a member when I wouldn't sign up right away, before speaking with the specialist I do not recommend this place nor will I ever go back! read more

My experience was much different from the other reviews I've read in the fact that I never even made it beyond the reception counter before walking out. I should've know from the start that this was going to be a bad situation based on the incessant emails, text messages, phone calls, and voicemails, but I was really looking forward to getting more info about the laser hair removal, so I went with it and chalked it up to them being overly thorough. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist. She stated I would have to fill out a medical questionnaire and she asked for my license and a credit card. She stated she was going to make a copy of both and store the information in the computer. I advised that I'd be willing to show it to her, but I was not giving her permission to store my information. She rolled her eyes at me and retrieved the manager. The manager regurgitated what the receptionist stated and further explained they had to have a copy on file so they could verify my identity when getting treatments and it was all HIPAA protected. Again, I told her I would gladly identify myself with a valid government ID at each and every visit. She stood her ground, quoted the company policy, and I walked out. In 2019, the FTC processed 1.4 million fraud reports and, I'm sorry, but I'm not going to willingly allow my information be stored on random computer. It's too bad they lost my business over such a random policy. read more

UPDATE: I left a review before on my terrible experience and this is an update on how I am still getting mistreated from Ideal Image. It took me 3 hours of being transferred and on hold for me to get a hold of a manger to fix this situation. By the time I got a hold of the manger Megan she told me to come into the Scottsdale location (45 minutes away from me) so a nurse could look at my burns and "help" me. All the nurse did was give me ointment and then wanted to send me on my way. I drove 45 minutes to speak to the manger not to be given ointment. They then had me wait in the lobby. The manager Megan came out with no mask on (their establishment requires masks) and talked about my personal information IN THE LOBBY which violates HIPPA. All the manger had to say was that my burns weren't bad. She repeatedly told me that putting ice on my burns is OKAY. PUTTING ICE ON A BURN IS THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO AND THE FACT THEIR PROTOCOL IS TO DO THAT IS RIDICULOUSLY WRONG AND SO SCARY. She was disrespectful the entire time she was talking to me, NOT ONCE did anyone ever apologize for burning me or show me any type of empathy for my situation. I have missed 3 days of work as well as esthetician school I have to change my bandage multiple times a day, it hurts to sit and walk, I can't sleep cause I wake up in pain. This burn is not going to heal for months and I won't be able to even go out into the sun for 6+ months. I am disgusted with how this place is treating me. I work in the industry and I would never treat a client with such disrespect, they truly do not care about their clients. I WILL NOT stop until this situation is resolved. read more

Still paying off a treatment from a year ago that showed absolutely ZERO results. Very disappointing paying X amount of money for something that never worked. read more

The ONLY reason they get a 1 Star is bc the receptionist or whoever it was that helped me to move my appt up an hour was super nice! Other than that this experience was beyond awful! I Inquired on the website that I wanted to get a consult for cool sculpting and I knew after calling a while back that I wouldn't get any pricing over the phone. Someone immediately emailed me and gave me dates and time they had available and then once the date and time was confirmed I got multiple text msgs both confirming and reminding me of the appt. When I arrived at the location the receptionist asked if I wanted any water and I said no just needed to use the restroom as I had just finish a workout. I came out and she gave me an iPad to fill out their questionnaire. I had no idea what some of the things were, one of them being whether or not I had Diastasis Recti. I had twins and the research I had done made me figure everyone got it somehow and that I was working hard to pull my muscles back and get into shape. Keep in mind the ONLY reason why I wanted to do coolsculping was bc I still have some pesky stubborn fats cells chilling on my abs that I can't get to go away. The consultant came out and got me and took me to her office, her name was Adrian Gloria, or that's the name on the price sheet. She immediately stated with well you answered that you have "diatisis... I can't pronounce it" and we can't do coolsculping on you. I was floored by her snottiness, I explained that I just marked it bc I didn't even know whether or not I had it, I figured I did bc of my pregnancy but that no doctor has EVER told me I had it. She said I had to be cleared by a doctor and their in house nurse and I did a double take like why?! She walked out and went to go ask someone to come in to look at me but came back and said their nurse was busy and couldn't come in. WOW! She couldn't even take two minutes?! From that point on it was completely awkward. She gave me the price sheet and I said well I keep hearing a discount on the radio and she said yep this is it. It was only 28% and I know I've heard 50%. Then in a snotty voice she said well John jay and rich and Kyle do come here but they go to the Scottsdale location. I was so frustrated and put off that I just said well is this price just for today? And she said no it was good until the end of the month. She explained a little about how the procedure would go and that the amount was for each "section" of my abdominal region. She then asked if I bruised easily and I said yes. She told that since I looked so physically fit that I would heal quickly bc it looked like I worked out a lot. I was somewhat flattered but at the same time still VERY upset at how she treated me. I felt so uncomfortable that I got right up and said okay thank you and left. Why would I want to pay so much for something that I felt so insulted for?! read more

I am very dissatisfied with the service here. I have been a customer for years and they have rapidly declined. Prior to the pandemic I bought 2 procedures. I redeemed one of them and the other I was told that since the pandemic, they are putting the other on hold, I was ok with that , but now I go back to redeem it and they tell me that it expired! I was never told that it would expire! When I called to ask to talk to a manager, my call was never returned. This is the worst customer service. The services are not cheap, so I basically lost all the money I invested Very disgusted They did not even try to make this right read more

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The sales representative I spoke to at the start was not honest about the possibility of results for CoolSculpting treatments as the nurse confirmed during my final follow up. The sales person said I needed dit to be within 50 lbs of my goal weight to see results and the nurse said it was 20lbs. I see ZERO results and feel that this is a scam. The treatment areas and plan that the sales person communicated while selling me on the treatment, was nothing like what ended up being possible per the nursing staff. Multiple appointments were not scheduled correctly or performed correctly, so not only was this a colossal waste of money, it was a giant waste of time. Buyer beware. read more

Was not satisfied with Ideal Image as was quoted a price of 2k and they did not do was I asked them to do and had to pay 1k more because they ran out of my filler putting it somewhere else in my face instead of where I wanted it.. 3k later and what a waste of money.. I just finished my last session, so I can confidently say that I've had a five-star experience with both customer service and my treatments. Danielle and Sage have such a great bedside manner, and the results were so good that I really can't believe I didn't do this sooner. It may seem silly to spend the money on laser hair removal, but I promise the value is there in both the time saved and the confidence in not having to worry about stubble, nicks, or missed spots that you don't notice until you're wearing shorts, etc. The desk staff is always sweet and accommodating when I needed them as well. Highly recommend on all fronts! read more

This by far is the worst place to go for any type of procedures. First of all they reel you in with theses great freebies only to find out that you have to join their lifetime membership. The price of membership depends on what you are willing to pay. Scam! The Chandler office was dirty and my injector looked very unprofessional with chipped nails, hair looked like she just got out of bed and put it in a ponytail. One of her eyelashes was about to fall off. I saw her twice and her appearance never changed. After having a fold flap procedure I am now left with a permanent red vein looking spot on my fold. When I asked my injector about it, she said she would look at it next appointment. I made an appointment for Botox and they charged me before my appointment! Who does that? My consultant based by a zoom call on how many units I would need. I stupidly gave my credit card and was charged immediately. Unfortunately I came down with Covid and had to cancel my appointment. They said I could use my credit for a future appointment. I said that I would not be returning noticing that my red spot was not going away. I disputed the charge with my crew card, only to find out that Ideal Image denied my dispute. I immediately called there office only to receive the run around and the speech on how I should of read the contract. I talked to there corporate office who to my complaint and told me a higher rank employee would call me back the following day. "It never happened ". I called back only to be told that since it was Saturday that these things take time and I should be receive a call back next week. In my opinion this has been a shit show!! They have $365 dollars of mine from services never rendered. Do your homework before committing to this lifetime membership. Btw, I received a cancellation email from them. Hopefully that means my money will be given back to me. Clearly disappointed!! read more

BEWARE THIS COMPANY: Do not trust this company (the only reason they're getting one star is because you have to post at least one to write a review). I went in yesterday to get a consultation for a few different treatments. The receptionist and RN were professional and courteous but the sales person who was helping me seemed kind of flighty. After my consultation, we went into a separate room to discuss pricing. There were two different types of services I was considering (two types of fillers and cool sculpting). The sales person gave me two different quotes for the services and talked about 0% interest if I'd like to pay over 18 months. I don't need to finance the services but thought, why not if it's 0% interest. She actually ran an application, e-signed for me, and executed a contract for $3,000 with 19.99% interest without asking my permission to e-sign and without letting me see the contract before it was executed. I saw the contract where she placed it next to the printer (and thought it was weird that something so simple should have such a lengthy contract) and told her I would need to review that before anything was executed. Unbeknownst to me, she had already fraudulently e-signed and executed the contract! I was livid when I realized what happened and demanded that the contract be canceled. They said they couldn't cancel it on a weekend. Thankfully I was at least able to get an email and printed statement with both the sales person and receptionist's signatures stating that I hadn't authorized the execution of the contract and that it would be canceled without penalty to me by close of business Monday. I don't trust that this will be done but it was the best I could get under the circumstances. I've filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office in hopes that that will motivate this company to cancel that contract. I also scanned and sent the quotes, the contract, and the signed and emailed statements provided by the staff that I hadn't authorized the transaction. I hope this is enough to get them to correct this situation. Do not do business with these people. I so regret not checking Yelp before going in for an appointment. Do not be fooled by the sophisticated website and the doctor's office-like environment. I doubt these people make as much money off their services as they do with their crazy bait-and-switch payment scams. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I went for a consultation a few months ago, signed up and had my first session immediately. Iwanted to get rid of some lose bulges after loosing 90 lbs. The nurse/rep said this would work! I paid $890 for two treatments on upper abdomen (below breast line) It sounded so amazing to get COLD SCULPTING done. I asked for the promotion with 6 more cold sculpting after my initial COLD SCULPTING, that price was $2604. I had those 6 sessions, plus signed up for a FREE toning session worth $250. Do I see a difference, not really. I went into my account and noticed I was charged an additional $2419.50 ... I asked about it, they said it was the 6 sessions. I said, what is the other $2604 I already paid. They said I had more than 6 sessions, so they charged me. I didn't have any more sessions, and they would NOT reimburse the difference, as I E-signed a contract. They do NOT explain the sessions in detail. I paid a total $5913.50!!! I did not get my money worth. It is NOT the way out for FAT FREEZE and REMOVAL ... I would suggest other ways. read more

I would highly recommend anybody stay away from here. They rip you off big time. There are multiple companies around the valley and around the country that do the same work for sometimes 1/10 the price. I plan on reporting this to the BBB and I will never use them again. Between my wife and I we spent over $7000. My wife got her Brazil and upper lip done. I got my happy trail, my nipples, and my neck and cheeks. For 3500 at simplicity laser I could've had my whole body lasered. I learned my lesson and from now on I will be going to simplicity laser instead. read more

When I got there, I was told my appointment was cancelled because I didn't confirm by email within 3 hours of when I booked it. I did confirm my appointment as soon as I got off the phone and even took a screen shot that it was submitted, since their system has done this before. I don't understand why you have to confirm when you just made an appointment. This makes absolutely no sense and it's ridiculous, but what is even more ridiculous is that I did confirm and it still didn't confirm my appointment. I was very upset when they told me I didn't have an appointment and I just drove 35 minutes to get there. They had a nurse who was able to do it, which was good, but no apologies were made. An excuse was given that the system is glitchy and sometimes you have to confirm twice via email. What??? If I was a new customer I would not want to go to a place with this type of system. I am a lifetime member, so I don't have a better option to go elsewhere. I sure hope they change their system in the near future, because it will cost them business in the long run and they will lose customers. The nurse who did my laser was fine, but the appointment process really stinks. By the way, I was going to share my review on Google through their system on their survey page, but their page wouldn't direct me to it. A little ironic, right? read more

Super Scam! Beware. I sent my husband in hoping laser treatment on his neck would help his painful ingrown hairs when he got a haircut. A pretty woman talked him into a 3,000.+ contract just to remove hair from the neck area. And he didn't read what he signed: It was actually a credit card that paid Ideal Image in full and you pay the cc back at 27% interest! How could an intelligent man fall for this? Well he did say the sales lady kept asking him to touch her super-smooth legs... He had one treatment. It hurt so bad he refused to go back. I called and asked to talk to the doctor and I was told the patients never actually see a doctor. She comes in once a month and signs charts. What a joke. You have been warned. I would rather have hair removed from a distant cousin in his basement than this place. **Update: The rest of the story. Since they got paid up front for all visits with the credit card, we settled for $1,400. So. $1,400. for one laser treatment on the back of my husband's neck. This was an expensive lesson. They took the time to happily help me cancel my appointment without being rude. I've never experienced such great customer service. I was having a terrible day until I ran into ideal image and had a conversation with the ladies. They were very helpful and informative. I'll definitely be coming back to book another appointment especially if I get to see their welcoming faces. By far the best location in Arizona!!! Thank you Rachel and Vanessa for all you do at the front desk. read more
