After a nightmare experience with one company, I picked Dave and 123 Floor and Home because of their affordability, knowledge and quick communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We had a nightmare experience 5…read moreyears ago with Dave. His subcontractors destroyed our home while we were out of town. My husband actually paid him in full while we were away. Holes in walls, gouges in floors, broke a toilet in half, uneven stain, and the stain got all over our painted kitchen cabinets. Worst part was they battered our walls with their equipment and tried to cover it with paint they found in the garage. He refused to give us our money back, and we ended up paying another company double to fix our ruined floors and put in all new base molding. Then another company to fix the numerous holes in our walls. Still have no explanation as to why that happened. We had just spent thousands painting our walls the year prior, and had to take 4 doors down to be sanded and sprayed. He hid from us and never tried to make it right. I have 4, yes FOUR, friends that had similar experiences. They actually let him back in to "fix" the problems just to have it come out worse.

Due to unforeseen problems with damage under the floor, I kept in touch with Mr Greg to let the team know that repairs needed to be made before the flooring was installed. He was patient and understanding, and he assured me that whenever I was ready to have the job done, just call and they'll schedule the installation. When I was finally able to call for the installation, I was promptly put on the schedule. Mr Juan did an amazing job! He was right on time for his 9am appointment, and I'm very impressed with his attention to detail. The frame around the marble of the fireplace came out beautifully, the new boards line up perfectly with the old wood flooring, and he masterfully avoided any damage to the very thin internet cable that goes through the floor.
