I started panicking and began rewatching videos from earlier in the day. While watching them, I noticed that the ring was no longer on my finger, which meant it must have fallen off somewhere on the beach. In desperation, I called Stan at 11 PM, honestly not expecting anyone to answer that late, but he picked up the phone right away. He reassured me that there was still a good chance we could recover it and said he would go out first thing in the morning before the beach sweepers came through. True to his word, Stan was on the beach by 6 AM. Within a short time he located my ring buried in the sand, 12 hours after I had lost it. I cannot even describe the relief and gratitude I felt when he sent the photo that he had found it. It truly felt like a miracle. Stan is incredibly professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about helping people recover items that mean the world to them. If you ever lose jewelry at the beach, call him immediately. I think I was still in shock because it didn't really hit me until I got back to my room and had to call my fiancé while crying my eyes out. After calming down, I spoke with the hotel front desk to see if they could help, but unfortunately, I never got any follow-up from them. I started researching online and came across Stan.
