As we waited, we sat comfortably in the reception area, which had a variety of refreshments and plenty of seating to pick and choose from. Shortly after, one of the surgical assistants (Pablo?) brought us into the consultation room and asked us questions on what brought us to their office. Then the assistant brought in Dr. Dustin Haupt to begin the consultation. Dr. Haupt was thorough with explaining the surgery as well as gave us ample time to go over any questions we may have for him. The patient coordinator made it easy to schedule our appointment as well as take payment too. Overall, we are confident in proceeding with my son's recommended treatment at AVOS.

Anna, the dental assistant, took my xrays fast and efficiently, all while being very gentle. Doctor Walker was extremely kind and gentle while doing my eval and cleaning, so accommodating as well. The cleaning and exams were quick but thorough. They really take the time to listen and understand my needs. Also, I tried the LANAP laser therapy for my gums, which felt gentler than I expected. No bleeding or pain. I'm not sure why any of my dentists didn't recommend laser for my gums for the past decade! If you're nervous about going to the dentist, they're very reassuring and professional here. Glad I found a place that gets it! I checked no, and then was informed. I have no choice. The office smelled terrible of cleaning chemicals. Dr. Tweedy was cut and dry. Not personable or inviting for a new patient. I would never go back to this place…read more I went in for tooth pain in an upper tooth on my left side and they said oh you need crown they did a temporary crown and I told them my tooth was still bothering me at that time. I went back to get the crown put in and I told him that my tooth was still bothering me he said that the pain would go away. I went back after the crown was installed and said that I have extreme pain in that same tooth and they said oh you need a root canal. It does not make sense to me to put in a finished product and then have someone go in there and drill through a finished product to do a root canal. I went and got a root canal after going through a month of tooth pain before and after the ceramic crown was installed. I don't see how they can stay in business with this type of professionalism. On top of all that I had a dental cleaning scheduled a couple of months after this period of time and they said that I told them that I was not coming back when I called them. I was in very bad tooth pain and I said I might not be back. They never gave me a notice or anything that they canceled my appointment and I showed up and they told me my appointment had been canceled with no notice. Patient beware!!!
