Wow. All I can say is: WOW! Today marks a very special day for me. After being on Ideal Protein for 6 months I am starting my phase off. I can't thank the coaches and the Director enough for all the guidance. I truly believe that this diet saved my life and has given me control over my future! The fact that I've had six children easily explained away my extra pounds . Growing old seemed to be a good reason too. I'm 66. But I am an avid cyclist and I love working out, so I am very active. You'd think that would help take my pounds off, right? It didn't. The staff at this clinic were the best part of my experience. This is a highly personalized program, so the interaction with the coaches and other staff is key. Everyone I met at the clinic has tried the program themselves, so they are truly passionate about it, and they always encouraged me. The decor is upbeat and "happy," with a bright green/white look, well-lit, and clean. The location for me is the only drawback but that's just due to my commute and travel requirements. That's why I took off one star. I describe the program as somewhat similar to the Paleo diet, but it's much better structured and it works better.
