In the past 4 years, I had gained 40+ lbs due to some special medicine I was taking (and probably some overeating of hamburgers too haha). I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it. Juice cleanses, special diets, pills, multiple private trainers, you name it and I had done it. Unfortunately, nothing stuck. Knowing my wedding was just around the corner, I had to do something to get the weight off for good. I wanted to feel confident on my wedding day! I found Lindsay through a quick yelp search and was intrigued. Let's get this straight. This is not a special fad diet or some strict eating plan, its a way of life! Lindsay gives you the tools, skills, and mindset to make a long lasting change in your lifestyle. During the course of the 6 weeks, I lost 8+ lbs and now (more than 3 months later) I'm still continuing to lose weight by following what she taught me. I plan to be at my goal weight in the next 3 months (in time for my wedding!) And most importantly, I feel fantastic!!!!! I feel like a whole new person. Yes, it's a monetary investment but it was worth every penny :) do it!!!

I was always looking for that quick/easy way to lose weight and while I have been successful in the past, it always comes back. With Lindsay's program, I feel confident that this is something I can keep up with long term and I have already seen amazing results. Not only do I notice a physical change, but mentally I feel so much better as well. I am sleeping better and have more energy. As other reviewers have said, this is not a strict or fad diet but a different way of life. I eat out a lot and starting this program I was worried I wasn't going to be able to do that. However, Lindsay taught me some tips and tricks so that I can still eat out, drink and socialize but still eat healthy and it can still taste good. We have worked together for about a year, and she has patiently helped me put together a plan that includes a food log, and exercise that fit my lifestyle and schedule. She has been non-judgmental and firm but encouraging through my numerous stops and starts. She truly understands the emotional component of food addiction. It 's not enough to intellectually know what to do. She helps you deal with the "inner kid" who keeps you from doing what's in your own best interest. I highly recommend her whether you are an elite athlete, or just beginning your journey toward healthy living.

Rebecca is leading me on a journey to do just that. She identified my core problems with food, mainly that I was prone to over-restricting (and therefore under-eating) with intermittent binges. After only a few sessions with Rebecca, I feel so much happier and healthier. Until Rebecca identified my emotional eating habits, I did not realize that I was using food to stifle difficult feelings. Now Rebecca is working with me to help me get in touch with my "intuitive eater." My only regret is that I did not have time for more sessions this summer, since I will be returning to school soon. But Rebecca has promised to stay in touch via email, Skype, and phone, and after only a week away she has stayed true to her promise. Rebecca can help you get to the bottom of your problems with food, and she will guide you in developing a lifestyle plan that works for you and your body. I found…read morethe results useful, but thought the technician used them as an opportunity to provide borderline dangerous nutritional advice. This included recommending I take a 50,000 iU dose of Vitamin D without reviewing any bloodwork and telling me that I should not eat carbhohydrates because they are "for marathon runners." Not only does composition ID give you access to some of the worlds highest tech and most accurate tools - they also give you access to warm, knowledgeable and professional team members like Audrey. Audrey has helped me deepen my own understanding, has been a consistent and enthusiastic supportive and an incredibly committed team member. I found each of the tests very helpful and find the bi-monthly Dexa scans provide me with a ton of insight even my very fancy scale at home - or the even fancier scale at the gym - could provide. i have a really clear sense around changes in body composition in terms of muscle and fat; a clear understanding of where those changes are happening; and a sense of areas of symmetry and asymmetry which inform my workout. I already had a pretty healthy diet and am a regular exerciser, but at 40, my usual methods were not working. After working with Olga for 2 weeks, I've already lost 4 pounds. She taught me more about the science of nutrition, reviewed my daily food logs, and pointed out where my well-meaning efforts to eat clean were actually counterproductive. So I've been following her guidance, and it is working! I also appreciate that she is knowledgeable about vegetarianism (I have been a vegetarian for 30 years) and has helped me create an eating plan within my lifestyle preferences. Lastly, Olga not only has wonderful expertise about nutrition, but she helped me with digestion and blood sugar issues too. She has been reliable, responsive, on time, and detail oriented. The beverages are amazing. I've enjoyed the sea moss soaps and I stock up on the shea butters. They last awhile and smell great. She knew all about the conditions that I was concerned with and was able to offer several alternatives using natural herbs and supplements, to attain my goals. I sampled the sea moss gel, which was actually good tasting because they add real fruit. I invested in some essential oils, body, butters, and hair preparations made from top grade natural ingredients. Each product smells delicious! I am looking forward to excellent results. As Yvette said, it never hurts to reduce the toxic load of body products that comes from putting synthetics on our skin instead of natural, edible products. We parted with hugs and smiles. After all, our skin eats (absorbs)! I will visit again and I highly recommend, especially due to the warm, welcoming ambience that this shop has created. By the way, they are so honest that if they don't carry a particular supplement, they will send you to someone who does carry it. Awesome!
