I would not get the full day tier for ten dollars unless you genuinely believe that you could get more than three hours there. I personally barely got an hours worth of gameplay.

This little local video game shop has so much to offer for what it is. This would usually include PC's they have set up inside as well, but they've been down for a bit. The employees are very friendly and helpful, they're always more than happy to help you get anything set up. They were rude every time I had to contact them. I let them know I was canceling. Now their message is that if they try to resolve the issue they will not issue a refund for services that I have paid for but not receive. In other words they are keeping my money. I only had internet for 3 days. I have contacted the credit company and will now move forward with that. I am worried that they will continue to bill me. The credit card company was concerned about how they bill. She said they are listing it as a non-profit. So I will have them check into that, also. (screen shot) They are not a charity. You are not allowed to contact them by phone only by a support ticket. Most of their messages are very unclear and hard to comprehend. I was told to wait until I got a message from them before installing a sim card and plugging it in. I got this message. "The system has started activation for Vicky T SIM #6528C." So I plugged it in. No service. They would not respond to my message at the point. Several hours later I'm getting rude messages. That wasn't the message to turn the unit on. Word of warning do not use this company.
