They have always had a good selection of stuff regardless of platform that you are playing on - PS, XBOX, Nintendo (all varieties), etc. In addition to hardware and software they do carry a good selection of collectibles so that you can do some room (possibly mancave) decorating. I think the week point is that high price they have on trade ins - while not really giving a high trade in amount when you bring stuff in. I don't really want to fault this location, it is a corporate way that they do things. At the end of the day I can choose to trade stuff in or not and or but stuff that was previously owned or not. The store and parking area are always clean and tidy. Since this is a second hand shop, you never really know what you are going to find. Going through their shelves is always an adventure. They have a vast selection to choose from. The new books are on par with most other booksellers but you can find some great deals on well loved editions. They feature rare and signed editions as well as book and genre themed merchandise. They don't just sell books. You can find music, games, cards, and Funko Pops among their many offerings. Definitely take advantage of their rewards program as members get special deals and reward points. Be aware if you plan to make a haul they do not have free bags. You can bring your own or buy one of the multitude of tote bags they offer. The staff here is always so friendly! They are willing to help you with whatever you need. They feature a buyback counter where you can take your used items to trade. They offer a fair value, too. If you are in the area, stop by. First thing to say about this place .... way to flip one of the major gamestop complaints into a model for how to run your business. Customer service!! These guys engage with you as soon as you come in the door. They are super friendly and offer to help in any way possible. They thank you for coming in and genuinely seem to appreciate the fact that you took time out of your day to shop with them. Well done! The selection is pretty good too! They have stuff dating back for just about any console you can think of. So if you're looking for that N64 gem or want a classic Atari 2600 .... there's a good chance they have it. They also have latest gen stuff, so whether you're retro or new age gaming, these guys can get you hooked up. This isn't listed anywhere in the store and seems to be only word of mouth. Employees have no clue. Apparently severe lack of training. Called a couple people that I know and verified how many they bought and what they paid one said 13 and 1.99 anther said 5 1.99 and I personally bought 3, 3 days before and paid 1.99. I would never pay 2.99 for these dirty old comics. That's practically new prices and none have hardly any value. It's the principal of the thing that gets me. And i will not be returning. Several people I know have been made aware of then rip-off and will be questioning them and not returning. Great job on loosing a customer over 10 bucks. And your ignorance. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and attorney General. You need to do better and not make excuses and get rid of the lazy employees. Particularly your manager.
