Because of the former people, I know these type of places won't be around for too much longer. But in the meantime, I will use video game stores. Especially if they are as close as this location is to my house. Just like with any store, browsing this place makes me want to spend a ton of money. But due to time restraints and wife repercussions, I only have time for so many video games throughout the year. So recently I had a game in mind that I wanted and it was already a couple of years old. So buying a used copy was definitely the way to go price-wise. The check out time here is a little long from time to time. But I am a pretty patient person, so I didn't mind waiting. As I mentioned, the inventory is pretty extensive. Even though they have run out of a couple of things I tried to get on their release date. But overall, a pretty good store that serves its purpose for me.

I arrived at the location no guest were at the service desk, but the Key holder was behind the…read morecounter. I brought in an XB1 OB1TB, a PS4 SLIM B1TB, and a few games. Logan (Key Holder) didn't learn his name until I received my receipt. And he was not wearing his name tag where is apart of his uniform per company policy. So Logan started processing my return and started with the Xb1. In the middle of the process he completely stopped doing my return and began checking out other guest. With me being the only Black man in the store I had to say something. He had already checked the last guy out and was about to look into trading in some cards for him. When I interjected saying I was here first and he should have never stopped my transaction in the first place. Logan then asked the other customer if it was okay if he took care of me. I was in the store for over an hour. This type of behavior is highly unprofessional and seemingly racist. Based on this experience with Logan I do not recommend anyone to shop at this location.

This place is great if you are looking for old game systems, retro games, trading cards, dvds,…read morevintage/new toys. They also have a limited comic book collection. The owner and workers are always nice and welcoming. They have always been helpful when I have needed assistance. The items they sell are priced fairly. The only issue I have with the place that I think could be better is the organization of merchandise within the store. If you are interested in their type of merchandise, you definitely have to stop by. I believe their address is wrong on Yelp as they are off of 991 South Memorial Dr now. Enjoy!
