It's not the most modern or the by new today standards cleaner. But it has the classic look I grew up with. The staff was nice and helpful. I met the owner before I he left for the night. I thought he was friendly and knowledgeable. The main reason I rated this so high was because of the back issues. There is a large amount of back issues and priced very well. I was able to find books that are hard to find except on the internet. If you are looking for a book that is hard to find try here first.

That quickly transitions to back issues galore! They have probably 100 long boxes worth of comics to browse. Higher end stuff can be found in the display case (Graded books) and on the back wall (more graded books and harder to find issues). The back room is stocked with comic supplies and provides a place for people to do some gamine. Staff is friendly and willing to order stuff if they don't have it on hand. Pretty easy to get lost in here for a significant period of time if you're into this type of stuff. There are a few other places that sell comics in the area, but this place is definitely the go to location for a quality experience.
