Just knew i wanted juice that had iced pineapple and would go to the device my friend had gave me. I'm pretty shy but i explained i was new to vaping. Then they were amazing and VERY nice and helpful and started explaining everything to me that i would need to know and how to figure it out and in a way that was easy for me to understand!!!! Then they welcomed me to the new amazing world of vapes!! I have never been to a store where they were SSOOO nice and helpful and explaining and already couldn't wait to go back,and to get home and tell my fam about their customer service and items and pricing and variety and help! On Sept.6, 2014 the E-CIG that I paid $68.18 stoped working. I returned it to the store, the clerk or so called unprofessional manager ask if he could help me. I explained to him the problem with my E-CIG. His attitude and sound of his voice changed toward me as soon as he realized I had a problem with my purchase. LETTING ME KNOW I ONLY HAD 7 DAYS TO RETURN THE E-CIG. THAT I WAS TOLD THIS ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE. (NOT TRUE) AND ALSO THAT THERE WAS A SING IN THE STORE STATING THIS. (NOT TRUE) As I stood there in the store I ask him where it was, There was no sign in that store just like I was not told about the 7 days!! The man was acting like I was asking for a million dollar refund, I just expected a replacement. He snapped at me and said "I am not giving you anything" and told me to leave his store. I had a few words to say to him before leaving, but I left. I may have lost my $61.98, but if he treated me in this manner over a defected product sold in his store I'm sure there are others. Word of mouth is one of the best advertisement a place of business can ask for. So here is my option of you and your business. You may be $61.98 to the good for your disgusting and big mistake of treating a customer like my business was not important to you, but as you will see in the future.... we the customers pay your bills.
