We made reservations. They probably were not needed for the night we were there, but I could see this place filling up quickly on some nights. The restaurant has a cozy retro vibe with MTV videos playing behind the bar and splashes of color throughout. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and the speed of the service was fantastic! Graffiti Pasta specializes in unique, delicious cocktails. There are no beers on tap (just cans), and my husband would have liked to have Peroni on tap even if that were the only choice. I enjoyed two of their cocktail which were both excellent. Our food was delicious and just the right amount of food. We left the restaurant satisfied without feeling like gluttons. Their stuffed mushrooms with filled with a creamy ricotta, the Banksy's Baked Ziti was delicious, and the homemade spaghetti was a special treat. I loved the build your own pasta options, And OMG at their rolls! SO good! Everything was wonderful and truly made for a great dining experience. It might have taken a while for us to find Graffiti Pasta...but we will definitely be back soon!

Carbs have never been this much fun…read more Graffiti Pasta is one of my favorite comfort food spots in Denton. The atmosphere is colorful, upbeat, and full of personality, making it just as fun as the food itself. The house-made pasta is absolutely worth the hype. You can taste the difference, and every bowl is fresh, flavorful, and the kind of meal that has you planning your next visit before you've finished this one. Great food, great vibes, and all the carbs your heart could ever want. What's not to love?

Wild Cactus Cantina & Grill is a pretty cool spot to hang out, grab some drinks, and get some food…read morewith friends. We came here with a group, and the whole setup worked really well for just sitting around, talking, and having a good time. I probably wouldn't come here absolutely starving though. A lot of the menu is smaller dishes and à la carte items, so it's more of a place to grab some food while you're having drinks and hanging out. I had the beef birria taco plate with rice and beans, and it was enough to fill me up, but I definitely wasn't stuffed afterward. The chips and salsa were really good. The salsa has a decent kick to it, but apparently not enough to slow me down because I went through two baskets of chips and two ramekins of salsa. Our server was great. She checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and kept the drinks from sitting empty for long. The atmosphere was probably my favorite part. They have regular tables and chairs, but also couches and comfy chairs, so it's easy to settle in and stay awhile without feeling rushed. Overall, Wild Cactus is a great place for some drinks, good conversation, and a little food along the way. Just don't show up expecting a giant dinner.

I have a group of friends and we go here once a month prior to a meeting close by. I have to say…read morethat I am underwhelmed by this restaurant. Nothing is horrible or tastes bad but nothing is exceptional either. My first time there, I ordered The Big Salad, the name is quite misleading it was anything but big. There was surprisingly few of the ingredients that were supposed to be in the salad. It was supposed to have mushrooms, avocados, sunflower seeds, tomato, carrots, , diced beets and red onions with chicken. There were exactly three small strips of chicken that were unremarkable and certainly not a full portion of chicken. I certainly expected to get a serving of chicken for the cost of the salad. I got exactly two mushroom slices and the same minimal amount of each ingredient. I expected a bountiful salad, but got nothing more than a disappointing salad with a lack of the promised vegetables. Vegetables are inexpensive so I can't imagine why this restaurant is so parsimonious in putting some on their big salad. They do have an excellent happy hour with drinks really inexpensive. Also, they have a deal on appetizers during happy hour with those at $5.00. If you want to save some money, have an appetizer as your entree. One of the ladies in our group got the spinach dip with tortilla chips and bread. It looked yummy and she had some leftover to take home. We had a big group the first time I went. We were seated near a door that went to the patio. Every time someone went in and out a huge gust of air came in. They set up our table in the wrong place. Before we were done with dinner my hair looked like I had been in a hurricane. The wait staff is competent and gets our drinks and food out quickly. That is a plus in my book. So ho-hum bland food with good service. Sometimes you don't get everything you want. I will continue going with my friends and drinking a double gin and tonic to make my meals more enjoyable.

The chicken sandwich was really good, I don't want to down play the juicy and tasty sandwich. The bun was grilled so there was crispness to it too. It was worth it!
