I understand that prices can change, but this situation made it hard to enjoy the experience, especially as a busy mom who rarely has time to pamper herself. Additionally, while the website recommends a consultation, the call felt more like reading the rules on the site rather than a personalized conversation, which I did take the time to read as it has taken me some time to try and find a new salon that is closer to my home. Better communication and a more thoughtful approach would have gone a long way.
