This time, she said "you should've said something earlier, so I could've filled in the spot, but you just sat there" That was a trigger for me as it reminded me of last year when she said that same thing after I explained my situation. Actually made me tear up. What happened to compassion? I drive all the way from palm beach because i love to see my sisters excel, and both ladies there do a great job. (I'm not looking for friends either in case you read this) I've even seen a LHHP actress there before. And Tianna was sooooo nice and bubbly to her, then when I was next, just a dry personality. OK. I get it. I'm no celebrity, but listen, as a nurse, & adjunct professor, I NEVER make any of my patients or students feel less than. Doesn't matter what kind of insurance or background they have. I treat my homeless patients just as well as my wealthy patients. A little compassion goes a long way. I will NO longer be supporting this business and i guarantee she cares zero.
