Jack knows his stuff. We went all around town looking for somebody to help with aftermarket wheels and tires for a 2020 Tesla Model 3. The kids at the discount tire shops knew nothing about the weight and torque considerations of a 450hp electric car and just kept trying to sell us crap cause they "looked good." I finally got fed up and googled "Lamborghini Aftermarket Wheels." My thought process being that if someone knows enough about wheels and tires to mod Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and Porsches.. Let me put it this way, I have a big name tire shop less than a mile from my house and I chose to drive almost an hour to Ice Performance. I can't think of a time that I received this level customer service! I originally called to schedule a time to get new tires and hoped that I could get some advice on which tires would best fit my needs. Jack, the owner, ended up spending a good amount of time on the phone with me helping pick a tire that would fit my needs and that I would love! Seriously!! Once I got there for my appointment Jack actually brought up the spacers I had on my car. It turns out another performance shop had set me up with the wrong kind. Jack got me set up with the correct spacers and not only did I end up with a better size and look, it stopped the wheel shake I had been experiencing for the past two years!!
