It was just OK for me. The rolled ice cream sounds fun, but it was too hard and I don't feel the ice cream itself had a lot of flavor. I got the s'more's flavor and it was nice that they put Hershey's, Graham crackers, and a marshmallow on top, but after you finish those the ice cream is very okay. It also took a very long time to prepare. I probably wouldn't go back. read more

I cannot believe they are just around the corner from me. I been traveling in different neighborhoods to please my ice cream craving. Not just any ice cream but hand crafted, rolled and made in front of you. The atmosphere and ambiance has a lot of positive safe vibes in spite of the reputation Elizabeth, NJ has lived up to over the years. The place is clean and the price is inexpensive compare to other ice cream shops. I love the fact there is a mini stool to stand on and watch the staff make the hand craft hand roll ice cream- great for kids to watch or short folks like me. You must try their green tea/matcha hand roll ice cream, also try their Sunset passion fruit with boba. Hmmmm hmmmm yum! Management promised the Hong Kong Cake will be in their menu this October. It's like a mini pancake. Something to look forward. Parking is street parking beware. Overall easy to find. read more

Boyfriend and I went to get some treats and decided to try this place. I got the "Smores Smores galore", "Pineapple paradise" smoothie and he got the "Oreo secret". The smothie was not a smoothie at all, it was basically juice, it was tasty but not a smoothie. The smores smores galore taste like nothing, it was bland and had absolutely no taste. The oreo was decent but I think it because of the actual oreo cookie more than anything. Im really disappointed I was hoping this would be good. Overall, i dont recommend this ice cream place. Customer service was good though, nice staff. Wait time was a bit long. read more

First impression a very simple stop in Elizabeth. Where to order was confusing because there was a pick up window but no signage to say go in more. My group and I ordered two rolled ice creams, two bubble teas, and two bottles of water. Bubble tea was tasty. I'm picky about my tapioca but definitely yummy. The other bubble tea we did peach tea over ice with mango popping bubbles that was definitely great. The rolled ice cream is fun to watch but nothing exceptional with the flavor. I've had better but for a quick easy fix definitely would frequent again. read more

I'm really happy to have a local place to buy bubble tea. The prices are reasonable and the taste of the ones I've tried so far are great. Big fan of coconut tea and Thai tea so far. I will be back to try more flavors. Staff is friendly and location is super clean. Looking forward to more visits. :) read more

I was really excited when a friend told me they sold bubble tea, unfortunately their "tapioca pearls" have the same texture as their fruit chunks so I was slightly disappointed. Its a nice, cleanly place though and the customer service was really great. read more

Omg this place is AMAZING!!! I live in NYC and will definitely be making trips to Jersey JUST for Ice Moon! First of all the atmosphere is super chill! The staff and service is OUTSTANDING! SUPER friendly and accommodating. The restrooms are cleaner than my own at home! Not to mention the ice cream rolls are out of this world!!! I have never tasted anything so creamy and delicious. First off let's start off with their customer service for it to be Covid-19 going on their service is impeccable they didn't miss anything we asked for and everything came in a timely manner, now let's get to the star of the show their Ice cream rolls they made me actually enjoy Ice cream again this is some of the best ice I've ever had. I got the "Brownie boy" and my girlfriend got the "Pumpkin patch" Delicious worth every dollar every topping was nice and fresh and the ice cream was rolled to perfection. Now we also got two bubble teas and a mocha frappe which are also delicious the Mocha Frappe was delightful you taste the the chocolate but it still wasn't as over powering as it would be if you got it from one of the big franchise coffee places, We got a iced strawberry and milk green bubble tea my strawberry bubble tea was delicious but my girlfriend didn't like the milk one very much she said it wasn't disgusting she just wouldn't choose that flavor again. Love, Love, Love. I had their Strawberry Lady, Brownie Boy, and Oreo's Secret, and although I usually prefer strawberry in terms of ice cream, their Brownie Boy changed my perception of chocolate...in the best way possible. Their Taro Milk Bubble Tea is heaven. The "bubbles" are not too big and have the perfect texture. I actually prefer this place over Vivi's. I will definitely be coming back and trying the rest of the flavors. So glad to finally have a place closer to home to have these delectable treats. read more

I really like this place! I've had their taro bubble tea a couple times now and it's surprisingly better than my old favorite bubble tea spots. Any taro flavor fans must try them! I also appreciate that they're so reasonably priced. Some places charage $5 for boba and it's absurd. My only complaint is that something about their tapioca is a little off, they could be softer. Cleanliness wise I've felt very comfortable with their standards so far, they seem pretty clean! And the staff are so kind and caring. read more
